The reality is that it often happens with the California registration authorities especially with Foundation and some specific organisation. It usually happens when they are doing they so technical review/investigation and their system is not always up to date-it is a bureaucracy and internal communication between some services. The problem is that when that happens, you only have to send proof of everything and explain. The issue here is that medias took that and make a big deal hence the Governor obliged to speak about it. There are many Foundation/organization receiving the same and are going through the same processes of diligent explanation/proof of non wrong doing.

Professor, you still don't get it. It didn't happen at Archwell. It happened at the authorities' end. The governor of California governor Newsom made a statement on it. Archwell did everything they had to do. You can't control what happens outside of your control. He made a statement because Archwell could have sued them. The governor said Archwell was never delinquent, so why was the notice issued. Who authorised the issuing of the notice. Who leaked it to the media. Someone was got at in that government department. The story was leaked in a way to cause maximum damage to the Archwell Foundation, and it must be investigated. Harry knows his way around a lawsuit, and he is not afraid to go up against anyone. They need to find the culprit and deal with them. The paperwork or check was hidden. I will take a bet on that any day. If this had not reached the public, I would say its the usual government snafu. It wasn't someone who leaked it. The governor of California said Archwell was never delinquent, so why was the notice issued. Only the person who issued the notice can say why it was issued if they were not delinquent, as the governor said in his news conference. To me, what he is saying, Archwell sent everything correctly, including the cheque on time, and they received it on time. Someone put the whole thing aside, part if it out of sight until the deadline passed and the delinquent notice was issued, and then when Archwell sent proof they had done everything right. It magically appeared.
I said when you complained about their operation that it was not from their end. Someone is up to no good. Harry will deal with them. They won't try that in a hurry again. The governor also praises the work of Archwell it was the least he could do after their gaff.
It was predictable. The Nigeria visit went well so the naysayers were going to come out in full force. What is worrying is that this leak is coming out of a source that the public in general does not pay attention to.

The problem was not caused by anyone in the Archewell Foundation. The Governor of California came out with a firm statement on the credibility of Archewell Foundation and stating that H&M had in fact submitted all the required documents, including the required fee of $200 on time. He further explained that a simple clerical error failed to acknowledge the receipt of the cheque and that's why the delinquency letter went out. This same scenario has happened before to others and he put the blame squarely on the government, not H&M. He also went on to chastise the media for making the situation bigger than it was and ask them to put out a correction. However, it's very possible that someone was paid by to deliberately sabotage H&M because of their successful Nigerian trip.
The California Governor OFFICIALLY held a Press Conference and CLEARLY STATED THAT THE ARCHEWELL FOUNDATION WAS NOT DELINQUENT, and stated it WAS AND IS IN GOOD STANDING AND IN FULL COMPLIANCE. The Governor went further to say the ENTIRE SITUATION WAS EXTREMELY OVERBLOWN and most unfortunate for Harry and Meghan and the foundation. He further HIGHLY PRAISED the foundation's good works đ WITHIN in the State Of California and GLOBALLY.

The California Attorney General also said the foundation was in good standing. The letter was a canned computer generated letter that goes to everyone who doesn't have both the paperwork submitted and the renewal fee paid boxes checked. As a former government worker, I assure you that mishaps like this happen all the time and to charities or businesses much larger than the Archwell foundation. The problem is that no one will no that there is a problem until after the filing deadline has passed, the computer generated delinquency letter is automatically sent and the receiver starts questioning why they received the letter.
They shouldn't or someone isn't doing a proper job!!! That's what you get paid for and it shouldn't be broadcasted!! Who leaked it out and why???

I think every platform that supports this couple needs to do due diligence before they broadcast negative information simply because we know there is a sect of people that have a very destructive motive towards this couple, By no means does this mean if they do something wrong that it shouldnât be spoken about they have never claimed to be perfect but we know there is an agenda to pull them down out of pettiness and jealousy so people need to be conscientious in repeating negative information until they get all the necessary information to validate their criticism

It is an issue of the California rules that require a paper check to be mailed which was apparently lost in the mail. However, someone had to purposefully done a deep dive to uncover this information. Such BS sticks of the royal families jealousy over all things Harry and Meghan frankly I was expecting something after the wildly successful Nigerian visit.
