The Netflix version isn't as fluid as this one, I can argue that this looks more loyal from the art style to the character design in the webtoon version unlike the netflix's.

Of course, nowadays the general use of the word describes exclusively any animated production that comes from Japan; but also describes the animation style and design. That's how shows like Avatar or Ben 10 are called "western animes" because of their design. In conclusion, is up to you if you want to call it anime or not. For me, it certainly is an anime because of the design and the animation style.

(Wearing goggles lol) It could be a same case for Crystal’s body guard dude with the scar and all. Since this is lookism related, does anyone find it weird how both Jay and the rapper sunglasses dude both don’t show their eyes? Jay is more hyped up for his eyes than the rapper.
lqsoftie what? I'm pretty sure no one is hyped or anyone questioned jay's eyes. But the rapper is hyped to have a back story related to his eyes and is speculated to be extremely strong in a fight if he isn't using any glasses
Rindou Yukihira Nee Yes I understand that the rapper does have a kind of background with not showing his eyes, showing in the mainly latest chapters. (Wearing goggles lol) It could be a same case for Crystal’s body guard dude with the scar and all. I read lookism on Webtoon, and the comment section hypes up his how is eyes don’t show at all and stuff like that. I’m sure someone would question why Jays eyes are never drawn/covered by his hair. I don’t really see a point in their eyes because Taejoon park colors all their eyes black anyway. I think both of them not showing their eyes are equally questionable and interesting.
