  • Little's law is a fundamental process relationship between average throughput, average inventory and average flow time through any process.
    This video shows how to apply Little's law to an entire process with two types of flow units ("products") using two methods:
    1. apply Little's law at each stage in the process;
    2. apply Little's law to the total process.

    How to calculate the inventory ? 2 and 1 patient ? Should I look at data or can I use littles law and if yes how ?
