i would recommend you mod called "External Item Descriptions" so that you will know what certain item does, after you will beat mom of course, because if you will not beat mom and install mod then you will not get any achievements, and keep up with good videos like this i hope for more Isaac content

i highly recoomend buying all the dlcs u get a lot of new characters bosses and items
