Extra deck in yugioh terms is where the gifts go you can have more than 3 and (act) is optional now in game. Also new front trigger gives +10000 to all front rear guards.
Proctect = Perfect gurad in hand.
Force= Boost +10000.
Force aslo work on left and right front rear guard circles.
Accel= One extra rear guard zone and +10000.
Accel aslo acts like force in the regular rear guard circles.
Guard early becuase late game gets hard.
Royal has soulsaver dragon for the win.
Kagero has waterfall ect.
OT Tank has Daughter and Deer.
Nova has Razor combo is a little more powerful becuase of accel.
And Go Red Raids!!! Wreck'em!!

AstroLord ML Same as the g zone for now but they don't count as g units. I really don't know were it goes until bushiroad says it somewhere esle and also for premium your gift maker can go back to you hand or deck if a card ability were to say return everything on the rear-guards circle. For example some chrono cards abilities say put the rear-gurad back to the button of the deck.In this case only the rear-guards go in the gift maker stays on the field.
Heads up, the first set will be released NEXT FRIDAY! ;) I am beyond hyped for the game to return.
I would say that aichi's deck is really cool blaster blade is my fav
miss those days where blaster blade attack was just 9000 😭 and there is no perfect guard in a trial deck.

Yes the reboot is based on the manga but they did a reboot mostly for balance changes/similar things. Not a horrible move

Hold on so In tournaments do you have to play with these updated rules. Or isn’t there like a standard and premium set
Really need to catch back to vanguard, haven’t gotten the chance to play the card game much anyone with work and all, but still love to play more again, and love to play the games, but sadly the video game chance is still low for now.
I think the easiest would be to join different fights discord and play through table top simulator! It's the easiest way to find opponents and a dueling book style game play!

I was able to get a signed blaster blade, I freaked out lol!
JS Cards my only issue is in the daigo commercial they showed BB with foiling (textless) and no gold sign. I would actually love to get that commercial version if i could.
