The way Doomed stomped on Smokegear and Balih looked really painful.

It's Plot level of Guard. When I cardfight, it seem that there is always a perfect guard that manage to sneak in the damage zone or the soul, be it for me or my opponent.

Yeah, but getting PG's isn't the only factor of luck. Chrono didn't heal much in this game and Kanzaki was really lucky with his reveals as well. So getting PG's in hand kinda balances out the whole fight.
The amount of drama with PG's is so underwhelming
While the battle was awesome, I think its BS how Chrono had all 4 PG's in his hand this match, more importantly, why are all the characters acting like the attack is going to breakthrough the PG, I mean the moment he slaps it down, the attack is cancelled but everyone is on the edge of there seats, wondering if its going to be enough.
I mean yeah, they make it so amazing because they have never seen the branch chief’ vanguard attacks blocked so easily. Also, having 4 perfect guards at the entire fight is just a rare coincidence. This is by far a weird fight but it’s just stupidly funny

Kanzaki underestimated Chrono. During the turn he strode Damned, he could have called Karma Collector from his hand before calling all 3 Branwen so that his Grade 2 RG's would power up by another 3000. Chrono would need 5000 shield more for each RG attack therefore he would lose.

I don't really understand Kanzaki's SP deck. Apart from Doomed this deck has no retire, no stand or crit effects... How is this any good??
It mostly revolves around putting cards in his hand and power.
Normally, in that era, you'd play Diablos strides too so you can have power, crit, retire and restand as well. Also, with Dark Pride Dragon's skill you can do multiple attacks, even 5 in a single turn while keeping many cards in hand and deck thinning so you can also get a lot of triggers. Honestly, SP was one of the best decks in the first season of G.

Chrono's armor plot is really very forced on this fight. the victory he got was not natural, but indeed the result of the plot itself. For those of you who have followed G from the start, you will know that Chrono has beaten many good players since he played Vanguard. (even though he's a beginner). so we don't really enjoy the development of the main character from the start.

This Chrono couldn't be said to be weak like he said. he was strong. strong since the beginning of the episode. where he is able to beat strong people, even a European champion like Jaime he can beat. this fight is actually the worst among all episodes of G. chrono can withstand all kanzaki attacks with 4 PG. Which MC can withstand all those attacks? even in Aichi's class, he uses PG at most 3 times in the link joker season.
And this was with Kai if I recall
Not to mention he was straight up fodder on early s1 and even gets fodderized on s2 he only achieved legendary status on 3rd season+
