As someone who grew up in the 80's and 90's with the leftovers of the muscle car era and who saw performance return with the 5.0 Fox mustang I never would have dreamt that you could buy an 8 second car (1/4 mile) from the factory.

My first Demon 170 ran 8.89 into a 25 MPH headwind. I think this one is slightly faster. Don't be surprised if a stock power Demon 170 runs high 8.70's one day. I still amost can't beleive it and have to pinch myself............

I sold the TorRed VIN Match Demon 170 (#1660) as soon as I knew the Blue Jailbreak was going to be shipped out to me. The Competition Blue Jailbreak D170 was fast. It beat the Red Cars Personal Best at Irwindale within the first 3 weeks. If you think that is bad, you are going to freak out. I already sold the Blue Demon 170 and bought a THIRD GoMango Demon 170. Att 3 are ONE SEAT Cars. The GoMango should be around for a while. I hope to have it to the track a week from Thursday.
@ronaldsilva6852 So I always thought the Jailbreak package was just an interior/exterior trim upgrade; I didn't know it offered a performance upgrade (?).
@@user-nw6sf1bx4y On a Demon 170 it is a special paint program. They are one of one as far as paint color and show quality repainted by Penske before being delivered to the dealer. Only 28 were made and all are one of one.
1/8th is ok, quarter is where it’s at tho
