Very few talks about medical students in US....as residency is not valid in india...it don’t make sense to work so hard for USMLE to come back to india where you don’t have any legal value to what you studied these years in US....then how to stay there and what are the steps...
In Canada, when a student pursues and completed 2 yrs masters program, the student gets 3 yrs PGWP straight away where no head aches such as 24 months stem extension, I-983 sign by employer. So, basically in Canada immigration head aches are less when compared to USA.
Yudi, you didn't ask abt the update on h1b visa wage level lawsuit? What is likely going to happen will the new rule be revoked before dec8th of this year? Please give us some update!

If your employer puts your application in lottery and finally after 10months they informed that your H1B is approved but your employer denies to give provide any H1B related document, not even case number. What options do you have? Is it legal to keep your employees H1B case number secret till stamping?
I have an f4 visa, case was received on July 2011 so till now 10 years is completed so if I study MS in USA then after 5 years what if company doesn't sponser me before Opt Stem expire then can I still apply for green Card if F4 is not open or company doesn't sponser me. ??
Immigration in US is definitely not black and white. Lot of grey areas. But it is good that if we play by book we can fight some of things which we didn't cause.
I am an H1b approved holder and got stamped in my native country and also valid up to September 21 Now I was held up in India for some reason. Weather I can move to USA right now

Maybe, your shop sponsor is stucked int heir own home too and the only time to go out is when you buy essentials with mask offcourse. I would suggest, live the life for now don't make H1b your life .. if it comes it comes if not move on.

Bro, I am Harsha Sudheer who is applying for F1 Visa and I am unable to schedule an appointment because of the very limited availability of slots. My spring semester start date is on Jan 11 and I am still waiting for a slot to book an appointment. The Consulates are releasing very slots and there are thousands trying to book them. I know this is because the US consulates in India are not doing their routine Visa operations due to Covid-19 conditions. If my Visa gets delayed for the same reason and I want to enter the US after my program start date, do you think will I be allowed? I am asking this because I am assuming this has never happened before because of Covid-19. If I am not allowed, I have to get my admission to defer to Fall 2021 and that is a waste of 6 month period of time. Please help me. This is a problem for many F1 students right now.
