0:31 common misconception but it was Altair that modified it, not Leonardo, he used the codex pages to repair Giovanni's hidden blade, he didn't make it so the finger sacrifice was not needed.

I mean, Ezio's blade is his father's blade, and his father is obviously not missing a finger. The blade was almost certainly sacrifice-free from the start.
The codex page in question likely details Altair's blade design, what was altered compared to the original, and the justifications for doing so, and Leonardo used it as a blueprint to repair the damaged blade.
Altair was really out there guiding others to a treasure he could not obtain

Ya, I don't understand the Connor hate. People think just because he's more stoic that he's boring, but he's just someone where his actions are what show his character. I can understand not liking Connor, but he's not a bad protaginist

Also, Connor's personality is just he's not as outgoing, he's not the type to show his emotions. It's also annoying when Altair was very similar in personality, and no one had a problem with him. Idk, people are dumb
@@QuatarTarandir Yep. I agree on that friend. Their stories don't need to be contrasted to one another's. People just need to appreciate them for what they are alone. It doesn't matter if Connor isn't no Ezio, He's not supposed to be.

10:26 a yes sometimes i forgot myself that the ac 2 action showes Ezios story throught 20 years ironically revelations starts 4 years after brotherhood ending and the reason why we don't see it because we see ac1 to brotherhood from Desmond point of view which means why we see his face on altair and Ezio but in revelations he needs to seperate Altair and Ezio from him because he would loose himself. Good exemple of why he needed that is mission where in tunnels in AC Brotherhood that Ezio used to fled of the attack on the Monteriggioni Desmond said that he was there while being Ezio when Lucy corrects him that EZIO was there not him, that why Ezio have different face (altair too) cause he needed to seperate himself from his ancestors or he would have problems like Daniel Cross with his bleeding effect

@UnusualSandvichTF2 The only reason I know is because I watched tips on Valhalla and learned it from comments. Obviously, people were mad since it made no sense, so Ubisoft added tons of weapons like a year later

To anyone who would say that Black Flag is not an AC game, I would wholeheartedly disagree, as it's a journey of Edward Kenway discovering the battle between assassins and Templars after being a privateer and eventually a pirate captain, only doing what could make him the most money and freedom. Through helping the Brotherhood and losing the people closest to him, he does some self reflection and does what he can to fix his mistakes, becoming a better and wiser man, and later on a great father to his kids. If anything, Black Flag is a journey into what the creed truly means to the men that walk through that path, and it's a beautiful mirror into what AC actually is.
On a side note, one thing I don't understand is how even before Edward joined the Brotherhood, you are unable to kill innocents even though Edward likely didn't care and lived the rebellious pirate life. Then with Shay, he was an Assassin, and after the fall of Lisbon, he was angry at the death and destruction to innocents that the Precursor Artifact caused, which led him to betray the Brotherhood and join the Templars. Though after joining the Templars, he seems to disregard that, and you are able to kill as many innocent people as you wish with your own hands. Even if Shay is not bound by the creed any more, it doesn't mean his morals about slaughtering innocent civilians should change. I mean, I love Rogue as well, it's a great sequel to Black Flag, but that is one part I find strange. It's also annoying how it can target civilians for aerial assassination, especially in Assassin Interception missions, because it can make things more difficult.

Seen a lot of haters, always glad to see fans that love the whole series, I like the rpg games as much as the earlier one's I just wish they made Eivor more assassin related and could use her hidden blade like or as a primary weapon, sprint attack could be a darius dive, dodge attack could be a throat slash, heavy stab, light stab, thor strike could just be a combat assassination or vicious stab. I complain but I bought Valhalla twice and enjoy the game a lot.
