- In this video we look at the various options of front bumpers that were fitted to the Range Rover Sport L494 from 2014 onwards. We look at original 2014 bumper then the original SVR front bumper and then the 2018 facelft front bumper and finally the 2018 SVR front bumper.

Looks as though a lot of comments are already requesting the 2018 upgrade, I think that’s going to make for an interesting video, although I suspect the cost is going to be more than some are willing to pay what with replacement wings needing to be sprayed in the cars current colours. There does seem to be a gap in the market here though where people are looking to upgrade, ideally using their existing wings so maybe an opportunity for your talented team to produce a 2018 style headlight that will fit the earlier bumper/wing combination.

I did a facelift upgrade on my Ford Ranger, thought, you know, headlights and bumper, not too bad. Reality is, I needed new headlights, those needed rewiring, bonnet, bumper, 2 wings, 2 wing vents (bought chrome covers from yourselves!), washer jets, headlight mounting brackets, bumper to wing mounting brackets, bonnet insulation, slam panel cover, bonnet catch, air deflectors... They don't make it easy!
It would be interesting to know the cost of the new genuine SVR bumper versus the copy single mould version...rather a lot I expect! Good work again Simon! 😎

Curious what spec the 2018 headlights are that you may offer as I believe you could get 4 different versions on facelift L494. LED PREMIUM, LED MATRIX, LED PIXEL and LED PIXEL LASER.

I'm guessing the perfect solution would be an aftermarket 2018 style light that specifically fits the pre-facelift RRS wings - ideal for those wanting to go down a similar route as the facelift on the D3's!
Yes but that is still a high cost component - the headlights
@@L663 understood and of course the potential size of the market for folks who would be prepared to invest that amount of cost must be relatively small - 320k worldwide sales for L494 between 2013 > 2017 and it's not as noticeable as the D3 > D4 upgrade IMO

No - the rear lights are the same shape for all models so no need to change rear lights when changing bumper.
Do you know of anyone that makes an aftermarket version of the 2015-2017 SVR front bumper? A genuine one is very hard to find in the US?
