The green sauce is called "chutney" and is made up of mint leaves. Usually it is made in house and not a store brought item. And the white sauce is called "raita", that one is made up cucumber and yogurt mix, and is mainly used in biryani.

The indian green sauce that you were reffering too is known as "chutney" which usually tends to come in different colors but the main color is green.

The green sauce is called mint chutney and the white sauce is called raita. It is plain yogurt. Indian grocery stores sell the mint chutney by the bottle. I live in Vancouver so I don’t know the stores in Edmonton.
Don't know if you'll see this but the sauce is called raitha and it is a combination of yogurt and green chutney, the recipe is very simple and if you go to the restaurant you can probably get a bigger package of it since it's kind of one of the staple sauces of Indian cuisine or really southern Asian cuisine in general.
The other one is called samosa chat you can get the recipe for mint chutney on you tube very easy to make hop e it helps glad u enjoyed it

Another great video! I can’t believe you’ve never had Indian before, it’s probably one the most popular takeaways in the UK. Some suggestions to try next time perhaps; lamb samosa, pilau rice, chicken bhuna or chicken tikka bhuna, keema naan (with lamb in), onion bhaji, Bombay potatoes, saag paneer, dansak, dosa and popadoms.
You won’t be disappointed. I suggest trying as many different options.

That green sauce is called Green Chutney I believe it’s made with Mint, Cilantro, Ginger, Green chili, Garlic and other Indian spices.

I'm from UK Manchester and we have one of the biggest Asian population in the UK 🇬🇧 walk into town and every other take away or restaurant is indian/pakistani/Bangladeshi/chinese/japanese
