- Completely self sufficient gold mining and milling equipment all mounted on a truck bed for ultimate mobility and sampling. This flat bed has a 6x10 jaw crusher and a 16x12 hammer mill, both run by gasoline engines, mounted directly to the bed. The hammer mill feeds directly into a pop and son sluice box to capture the liberated free gold during the crushing and milling process. It can be driven into your claims/tailings/dump piles for testing or small scale production. It is an awesome tool and addition to any mine, producing valuable info about the site and much needed cash flow for the small scale miner. This same set up could be mounted on a trailer as well.

good job Jason.....we got to get a set up like that so we can move it onto site and run all day and then move it off site
So, 'cmon . . . let's gooo !
Hey Jeff,so come on ,let's go,Just saying hello
Jason = Kermit the Frog
So about how much does one of these things really cost? That turn key opens up so many options, and yes you definitely can't go wrong with using Honda engines! This unit is just amazing
Hey @askjeffwilliams ? Have you picked up the Mobile Gold mill yet?.....I would love to see it if you have one. YeeYee!
This is such a sweet set-up for claims that are way off the beaten path. No need to haul ore back and forth, just park and process.
That's awesome! We have a slightly smaller jaw and pulverizer at our lab for sample prep, both run by electric motors. Some bench-scale metallurgical testing has shown that gravity concentration of the ore we're working with upgrades gold values by about 40%, with 90% recovery.
If I were up feeding that mill, I'd be wearing gloves, ear protection, and an N95. I believe I've lost a bit of lung capacity from dust exposure at crushing plants, and that never comes back.
Whenever you're crushing or with quartz you definitely should have a mask on indoors or Outdoors some type of dust masks just help minimize what's getting into your lungs just cuz I care Jason keep up the good work
I would be wanting some PPE. All that noise and rock dust!
Ear muffs at least !
It takes me 3 days to get what you lost panning. I dream of using a portable Shaker table at Cape Disappointment or Lake Superior or Nome working with black beach sand!
Nice set up👍
I liked the over all process, good job.
Jason, the man with the pan.
I know it's not practical but it'd be sooo cute to have a lil' shaker table instead of a that sluice.
This video was awesome, literally from road gravel to money in the bank
Gold On The Go! Nice Set-Up..I'll Have To Check Out Your Vids More Often, Been Awhile (A Few Months) Since I Checked You Out Last....You're Moving Right Along
It's unusual you didn't have a shaker table on a trailer to the rear, then you would have a full portable plant.
R.I.P. Lungs and ears
You can put earplugs on or earmuffs there's really nothing that's going to infect your lungs except for great Alaskan air so quit being a p**** and go buy yourself a rig
@@leoortkras1102 You obviously don't know what silicosis is.....
@@stuartwhite1767 I was thinking the same thing I lost a uncle to silicosis and it sucked watching him die just because it wasn't cool to wear a respirator
That's an awesome operation Jason. Excellent for sampling on location.
My dream setup!
Enjoying this series so far Jason and Co, hope you have some great discoveries and opportunities at the mine.
maybe you can adjust the jaw crusher a little narrower so the output comes out 1/2" minus, slowing it down and the hammer mill doesn't have to work as hard.
I highly recommend some PPE...not trying to tell anyone how to work or do their job but hearing protection and a dust mask would go a long way. I am going deaf over CZcams ... lol
That is such a good way to get a good idea on what to expect in your ore from inside the mine, if you run a half ton and do an analysis and if it's good your on the right track inside your mine if not then you try another location in the mine and do the same process until you find which way you want to go in your mine.
Such a cool set up.
Im green as hell to what you are doing but I sure wish I was in on it.
Would LOVE to get a list of equipment so I can put one of those trucks together
This is so cool! Very excited to see hardwork pay off! @1:30 (weld a thick grate for buckets to slide on)and maybe a straight plate > angled to slide all missed bits [return] just an idea, other than that, this was great! I live near a lot of old mines!
Very cool setup. Looks pretty smoky there...
Miners moss is great stuff, but ideally, it could use a little more cleaning. Consider taking a concrete mixing tub next time, where you have alot more room to roll the mat out and really give it a good thrashing. See if that doesn't yield some more values.
Always enjoy your videos!
the tub you suggest works great, i bought two and use one to pan out of.
That hitch/step is pretty damned cool!
I’m envious of this setup, Could I suggest adding a excavator arm to the back corner of the truck bed.
That’s the idea in been toying with.
Yeah, me to.
Just watching the video makes me want to wear hearing protection. :D Do you sell paydirt?
my only concern is the silica dust cloud. that stuff is worse than breathing asbestos dust it my opinion. it killed more miners than black lung and mining accidents combined when pneumatic drilling was introduced to mining. until water was introduced to keep the dust down. you had kids there . everyone should be wearing respirators. find a way to reduce the dust water whatever.
Second bucket with clean water, just to finish cleaning the collector.
Doesn't hurt and it could be a bit of gold.
Man, you have fed that tabletop furnace a hot supper!! It's suffering all you throw at it though. FYI, NileRed did a video where he repaired the bottom of his tabletop after a tragic melting incident. Maybe you can repair the bottom and reinforce it.
Would the dust/dirt that is your final waste product be suitable for making cement or concrete as an addition instead of sand?
nice and I love how you show the whole process right down to the little nugget! Whats the plan to fix the lag in the work flow pipeline? Installing two hammer mills on the trailer or what?
Planing skills 👌
Don't stop what your doing !
But add to with the new claim - blasting tunnels for the good stuff ;)
Guessing a big increase in your bis. when they made dredging illegal ?
Thanks again
thats some cool trees at 8:50
Love the video... and what you are doing... GET THEM BOYS MASKS... been doing this 40 yrs now and paying the price with COPD.....However as a rock guy running a big mobile plant on tracks all remote control so i can move them all back as i dig with the excavator....so nice and 2 guys to run a big job.....
(Sandvic Jaw to a grizzley surge ben to a tripple deck screen (on tracks also) to a cone crusher(on tracks)refeeding the power screen deck.... its a big set up but works good.... love the small jaw and hammer mill !
we have a new Inertia impact crusher now on a semi trailer mounted....will run hundereds of tons a hr on a portable plant.....
just saying.... get them boys some mask ok
Great video 👍🏻 I agree with Jeff Williams , that would be a great set up for a place you don’t wana leave things behind . What is the purpose of bagging your tailings and water ? Is this what your required to do or is the i other purposes ?
the water drains out of the bag and they can use a small excavator to lift the bag and move it.
@@richardservatius5405 plus they can process the tailings later on
That is so cool!
300 LB = 136 KG. 3 GRAMS FROM ABOUT 300 LB MEANS 22 GR PER TON. AND THE MATERIAL WAS NOT TOTALLY GRINDED IN A BALLS MILL.
a ball mill tends to flatten out the gold into tiny flakes that are hard to recover - they float easily. one buddy uses a rolling mill to flatten them further so he can screen and recover them.
interresting way of mining, throw rocks in and gold comes out :P
Nice set up there. Just missing the dusk mask's fine silica dust can be nasty
Wou thank you nice video
Thank you so much
Perfeito,muito bom.
Just curious. Have you guys considered combining a rock picker like what farmers use with some of your jaw crushers? Having a single-pass piece of equipment to pull behind a tractor that can pick up large rock, crush it, then drop small gravel back into the field would be pretty attractive to farmers in regions with rocky soils.
On the coupons what temperature is too hot I keep having a problem with them breaking and spilling all my material
Hey Jason, your name cropped up on a Live Stream hosted by Scrapping Irish last night. We'd love to see you on there if you could spare half an hour on a Monday (would be daytime for you). He's had some really interesting people on there like Chris from Boardsort, Tom from IscrapApp. I know in a recent video you was asking about gold from ewaste. Please come chat with us through Scrapping Irish, would be great to see you. Love the mobile machinery here in this video, great job. Take care, Poo
Nice
Great seet up and portable to boot. How is the recovery? The crushing part looks very good. Is the sluice the entire recovery? Never mind the 2 questions, you already answered them. I t looks like silicon mat full length would increase recovery in the sluice. Very efficient set up for testing. Thanks for sharing.😎👍👍👌👌⛏⛏
What do you guys do with the waste/tailings? If nothing, can it somehow become profitable to your company? Selling it as sand alternative or something... can it be used as an additive to concrete eg. pavers, blocks, etc.
How much would that set up cost?
Once the material has been through the jaw crusher are you ever able to see exposed gold?
How much weight can you put through the sluice before you clean it?
Love it! What happened to the HUGE white bags? How did you load them? would there not be a lot of good tailing to run again? Take all you can back home right?
Considering the large jaw crusher and size of the hammer mill, would it make senses to adjust the jaw for a finer output to reduce the wear and marginally increase the throughput on the hammer mill?
give this a try ^
last video I was wondering why you didn't just fit your system on a truck and there it is!
Молодцы!!!!!
Is Gasoline cheaper than Diesel?
bravo~~
Is it possible that there maybe some gold in the black sands ???
I see you get away from the riffles of your pan after you get it worked down to the fines. Thats the way I was toughed to do it as well. A lot of people stay with the riffles all the way.
Supper
Hey Jason did you look into Mudd fossils?
Where is the hearing protection? And a dust mask? Silica can hurt your lungs, and if you smoke it does not clean it out, they are paralyzed the sillia.
Did I miss the reason for the catch bag?
What is the average cost of everything people included to obtain 1 troy oz?
Whats the length on that flatbed?
Those bolts in the holes that mount the jaw plate that you can see at 5:00 need some googly eyes on 'em.
Shaloms ! !
You can't use a Shacker table for Gold ran through a Impact Mill it's Round and Rolls away on the flat area
so check the output with a jig or use a rolling mill to flatten it out enough that you can screen it.
@@richardservatius5405 good reply
The guy manning the buckets under the crusher is nuts, no hearing protection at all
Does this equipment work well with micro gold ? We've got 350 acres of material too run. Its mined and stacked ready to process. Average 3 ounces to the ton.
Yes it would work well for you application. Please send us an email at info@MBMMLLC.com for more info
At least the guys on the truck..
Dude, that is bad ass. What do you do with the tailings?
I wanna know too, especially since Jason said that pop-n-son sluice catches roughly 80 % so there's 20% left in the tailings.
80% recovery? Isn't that really low?
nope shaker table does 77%
how efficient is a shaker table vs a sluice box?
nevermind
احسنت.. انا من متابعيك على اليوت يوب
How much all the equipments costs ?
father and son sluice?? looks like you don't have anyone running it! i saw you checking the tailings with your hand, but you ought to pan some of them.
Haw i can get this plant
Fro Ethiopia
How about one of those hats
Do you sell the sluice?
So when you are finished is the gold 999 fine?
all gold is 24k unless you melt it
On the bone Ash two pills what temperature do they break down I'm not having any luck with them I guess I'm getting them too hot any comments
It looks really nice but what's the cost of operation versus recovery
its worth it
Small men big fun
Couple this with some glycine leaching and we have a gameshow :) - just a matter of time now guys.
What is the name and model of the machine?
I don't know how old the claim is, but back in the day I am guessing they would have tested for silver by some of the goofy silver tests there are, and if there were no silver, chucked heavy rocks with gold, even though they had quartz, etc. I could see copper staining being like that. And if the ore being chased tended to have a lot of calcite, then you would have piles with just trace calcite left behind. Lately, I like to test ore with a penny -- be softer than a 3 Mohs, and who cares if there's any gold!?!?
good job 42 five gal buckets is a yard
need to mount a table next to the hopper so you don't have to keep bending over to feed the machine
Whats the capacity?
How much does this cost, each.
SO JASON HOW MUCH DID YOUR EQUIPMENT COST YOU EXCEPT FOR THE TRUCK , LOOKS A LITTLE TOP HEAVY BUT ABOUT THE SAME AND RIGHT SIZE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BUY .
