i hope that many young kids get to this after watching AEW and I mean, not just this video, his professional wrestling career . You wouldn't get it like some of us do and maybe you'll never understand why we felt like that last friday, but you'll enjoy one of the best workers in the business doing what he does best. Man I hope that the rumors are true and he's coming back. There has gotta be still a shred of this love and passion for this in Punk... like this is really heartwarming and like perspective putting. Like maybe we are all goal oriented but the gravel you paved for yourself at the end is what meant more. He got his dream gig at the fed and it really turned out bad. This would be great for his WWE return. Its less like the happy go lucky Cult of Personality. It would be a message that he's not there to have fun like most of his AEW run. He is there to to book-end his career like he really wanted to. Obviously ROH is not an option anymore. I think he realizes that AEW didn't fit him at this point. Values change, styles change, people change and that's okay. He is more of a storyteller now and appreciates the history of the profession more now. He expected that respect for the business in AEW and it wasn't there. He had outgrown it. He is not the ROH CM Punk. He is not the Straight Edge WWE CM Punk. He is not The Best in the World CM Punk.
