The LTO has to hurry up and get on the ball in approving the use of ATVs for road use. Just make it to follow LTO regulations: side view mirrors, headlight/s, or pad tires-no off road tires, Signal lights, full coverage insurance, ORCR, cannot be used on skyways and Hwys unless it has 400cc and above (same rule for motorcycles) etc, just like for motorcycles but more insurance. No TPL insurance but full coverage. And if caught, fined Php10,000 1st offense and so on ⊠Here in the U.S., lots of states are legalizing them for road use, except not allowed on Hwys & freeways. The Philippines is really lagging behind. If that happens, itâs good for the economy, more money for the LTO and taxes collected from insurance companies. Win, win for all.
