I so wish I had the adjustable lumbar support on my HON Ignition, but it's upholstered.

No matter what I do, I cannot get the seat depth adjustment to work. I lift the lever and cannot move it at all. Also, the back leans forward to much and I cannot get it to lean backwards. My back hurts so much after sitting on this chair all day!

Thanks Brad! I got my Hon last fall and played with the adjustments a bit when it was new, but using your video I was just now able to really dial it in for a perfect fit. Really enjoying this chair.
