Great idea just sprung into my head. Someone or even a city needs to use some land and put up a bunch of walls and open it to the public for graffiti purposes, kind of like a community art exhibit. Unfortunately someone would ruin it by marking giant male genitalia all over.
Thoroughly Wet there actually are some cities that have designated graffiti locations and of course private businesses can allow an artist to do work on their privately owned buildings. It’s always cool when you see it out in the wild.
