Warm and gooey cookie pie - recipe

Here is my recipe for warm, gooey, cookie pie.
I will be serving this with ice cream for dessert after our Easter supper.
I noticed that my mixture was a bit dry while making it, so I added 2 tbs more milk. Possibly my eggs were a bit small. But it turned out perfect.
This is simple recipe and the results are always good.
