- Hello! I'm Kelly and I've had Meniere's disease since 2010. On May 25, 2023, I had a brain surgery for Meniere's disease called a Vestibular Nerve Section and Craniotomy after I exhausted all treatments for Meniere's disease. I kept a private video journal while I recovered from surgery and recently decided to make it public in hopes it would help others go through this surgery recovery. The date this video was recorded is listed below. I'm happy to answer any questions you have or talk more about my experience. Recovering from brain surgery was unlike anything I've every experienced. But I've come so far and I am SO glad I did it. Thanks for going on this journey with me!

@@IncredibleAnyway I will! We're chronically ill too and love your videos, I have a service dog too! May I ask what brand of shoes & what size shoes you have for your dog? I always struggle to find the right size for my SD (he's a golden lab but only weighs 64 lbs)

The life hack to stretchers is to get blankets to cover the gaps in the bars. Just fold the blanket over the bars and it makes the railing solid- they get so much comfier

You’re going to see dogs in public areas a lot …people have jumped on the Emotional Support Dog band wagon and it’s every dog lovers ticket to get access into stores etc these days.
Definitely. And what is frustrating is that by law Emotional Support Dogs do not have permission to be in public - only service dogs.
You're service dog is beautiful.. I have a service dog.. we were awarded an American Warriors Grant.. i don't like going into public very much..

I miss the glow of the Christmas tree but seasonal depression kicked my 🍑 last year so I’m not looking forward to it !! 😅
Aw I feel you Em. Hugs. I love the holiday decor, but seasonal depression is rough. I *really* don't like how much of the day is dark and it is hard on me too. I'm trying to soak up the summer light as much as possible.
