Wet Felting Tutorial | FELTED FLOWER | The Prolific Crafter

In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to create a wet felted flower with a coordinating beaded centre.
You will need wool, bubble wrap, netting, bar of soap, elastic bands, water and a towel.
