Flour measurement:
1 cup- 130 g
1/2 cup - 65 g
Sugar measurement:
1 cup-200 g
1/2 cup-100 g
Icing sugar- 125 g
Brown sugar-200 g
Coco powder:
1 cup- 100 g
1/2 cup-50 g
1/4 cup-25 g
1 teaspoon Baking powder-4 g
1 teaspoon Baking soda- 6 g
1 teaspoon yeast- 3.5 g
1 tablespoon Cornflour-8 g

Everything you measured was filled to the top of the measuring container, except the sugar. Why wasn't cup filled entirely with sugar?

In India, Generally 1 cup is 250 ml (measuring cup)

Hi dear, thank you for asking. I cup dark chocolate would be around 145-150 grams. Take 150g. 1 cup Fresh cream is 240g.

@@NaazsCookbook you aren't supposed to fill them all the wa,otherwise it would be difficult to maneuver. You use a 250 ml cup to measure but you have 240 ml worth of liquid in it. That's what I've been taught at least
It's not about filling dear..I told the cup measurement..there are cups of 235 ml and 250 ml.thats what I meant here.
