Megawitch and Haznoballs are both disgraceful.
Judging by the huge outpouring of negative messages, I’d say that Americans quite rightly feel miffed and offended by her and her actions. I think rosamorada7545 put it very well indeed when she wrote : “we can’t stand her”. Personally I can’t stand her either … and this was long before she started showing her true colours.
I think Americans must really be sick of how she is behaving . She certainly doesn’t represent any Americans I have known over the years. In fact I’d go as far as to say she’s unusually nasty underneath all these false smiles.
I’ve always loved the Royal Family, especially Diana, of course. I am so heartbroken to see Harry become an empty shell of his former self and I blame it ALL on Meghan. I wish he had never met her. 😢 And yes, Meghan was VERY disrespectful of royal tradition and etiquette. She made me feel second hand shame as an American. 😣

This was absolutely the point at which I turned off Netflix. I found her gesture disgusting, insulting, and disrespectful. It showed her true character.
I closed my Netflix account because of them. I suspect I was one of many.
This narcissist has been over confident & dropped the ball again. There's no coming back this time.
The curtsy made me physically ill - the cherry on the cake after a plethora of being hypocritical & piling on mistake upon mistake.

You see, people like do this passive agreessive stuff and play it off as a joke. Sadly, I have had many, many, many encounters with this type of behavior towards me. I was never a quick wit to respond accordingly, so I just avoid people altogether. But for a public figure, this is in your face constantly, I'm sure. It is unnecessary, but a power move none the less. The awesome thing is that Megan did this to a woman that was sooooo revered that it backfired spectacularly in her pretty, but stupid face!
As an American, I don't like that she says "All Americans will understand." No, Meghan, not all Americans think like you do.
That made me angry, too. Not all Americans are as ignorant as she either is or is pretending to be!
But Harry is just as bad with his “how do explain that you bow to your grandmother?” Anyone who’s been alive and aware of the world for more than five minutes knows that there are protocols when in the presence of royalty, even “stupid” (I don’t think this, they do) Americans.
When Megs opens her out mouth about Harry’s family she is fully aware of her disrespect.

in any kind of an ‘apprenticeship ‘ building growing experimenting working a skill and business etc ! And she now wants a cooking lifestyle show but again its all for the ‘look’ copying others harder earned efforts. She doesn’t grow food or farm things to have knowledge of raising livestock or food quality preparation Nor has she ever studied or practised professionally any of the culinary arts …
She is an ‘actor’ … she has qualified in playacting for edited stories & good at ‘ looking like‘ the real things that real people have spent their lives committed to learning or becoming!

My disgust reached its peak when they both verbally abused a 96 year old dying woman who was grieving the death of her husband of 70 years, in my mind both of them are abhorrent beyond words

For me, Meghan Markle’s reputation crashed during her Oprah interview, her disrespect for, and spurious allegations against, the Royal Family, were all too abhorrent. Mocking her curtesy to the Queen confirmed my lack of respect, indeed dislike, for her.
Oh yes, globally lying about being the victim of racism (later denied by H to Tom Bradbury) while lying about her pregnancy wearing a moon bump. Pathologically sick.

For me the fake curtsey was just the cherry on top on a mountain for lies, disgusting behaviours, complete disregard toward the Royal Family and the Commonwealth. Meghan shows her ignorance far too often and this seems to be the 'brand' she willingly carries on!
I agree with you. The Oprah interview should never have happened, but doing it while the Duke of Edinburgh was gravely ill was unbelievable. To say the family are racist then retract 2 years later and to also say they were against her getting help for her mental health was equally unbelievable. I don't doubt she struggled with so much life change so quickly, especially considering how troubled she was prior to entering into royal life, but to say the royal family was willing to risk her death was outrageous. Don't believe anything she says. The mock curtsy was the final nail in the coffin for me.
This clip was purposefully insulting; however, I feel the worst insult this grifter made towards your late Queen was to name her child after Queen Elizabeth’s family pet name. This, in my opinion, was outrageous and cruel.

I’m a Canadian citizen and I had great respect for our Queen. That curtesy Megan M did on television was to me the most disrespectful, exaggerated, mocking moment I’ve ever witnessed. Thw look Harry gave her appeared to me to be a moment of realization. I wouldn't be surprised her lack of deference was attractive when they met.. but the look on Harry's face says he got way more of it than he bargained for. First Meghan's exaggerated 'curtsy'/bow... but the mocking way she says "Pleasure to meet you" to the woman who is not only queen but grandmother. I believe the story that after one incident the queen had the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh escort them to an airplane and expel them from the UK.
He's 2 kids in and probably wouldn't want to break up his family so he'll endure. I always found it interesting that Megs made sure to get herself pregnant IMMEDIATELY following the wedding (within a few weeks). It was an insurance card.

I was embarrassed that an American would be so disrespectful, crude and insulting not only to her supposed beloved's grandmother, and an older woman, but a woman who was also the revered queen of a nation. As an American, it’s offensive to me that she uses being an American as an excuse to ridicule the British Royal Family. We’re not all such rude, ignorant ppl! I am an American, I’ve lived here all my life but my Granny immigrated from Scotland when she was a young teenager and she never lost her pride in the UK so I have always had a deep respect for the Royal family. What Meghan did, acting like a moron and trying to take the Queen with her, was disgusting. How she can say she loves her husband but make a fool out of he and his family, because she thought it would get a laugh (she was VERY wrong), is beyond me. Eventually, if he doesn’t already, he will resent her for manipulating him and destroying the relationship he had with his family. She turned him against his family and his country and a wife who loves her husband would NEVER have done that. EVER.

This was the moment that finished it for me. The Queen had died 12 weeks before. I have never been more disgusted. And the other red line for me, was the outline of the recording device on her dress at the funeral and the spying of a tiny microphone attached to Harry’s suit at the funeral. I was a bit sceptical to all the rumours until then, but when they were spotted and the looks of disgust on all his cousins and uncle and aunts, that finished me. He professed to love his grandmother, but then utterly disrespected her and all she stood for.
As an American, I was horrified by her behavior. How hard is it to simply be respectful?! My ex husband showed disrespect for my Aunt once, for no reason, and she was the matriarch of the family at that time. It was so disgraceful that it turned my stomach. Harry was obviously mortified and embarrassed. Mistakes can be forgiven, but this was very much over the top!
Everyone who has met her has said she has no discernable sense of humour, but for some reason she seems to think she is hilarious when she does this. I'm astonished that the producer/Harry/anyone on the production staff, actually let this go into the film. That was the time Harry should have slapped her down (metaphorically)and not allowed this to happen. This disgraceful performance turned the whole world against both of them.
Possibly by this point in filming she'd shown her true colours and rude, superior attitude so they were happy to leave it in knowing it would reflect badly on her....

What is gratifying is the sense of outrage from Americans, I'm a Brit who has lived in Australia for many years now, I never even saw the Queen, but I miss her terribly, I know she took her duties very seriously. After 911, she requested the guards on parade at Buckingham Palace, play the American National Anthem, in solidarity with our closest ally. Wow! People were crying, Brits were comforting the American tourists there, telling them, hey! We're with you, we feel your pain. Let me give you my point of view as an American. At first I liked her and thought it was great that an American was marrying into the BRF. I had never liked Harry as I always found his behavior disturbing such as: Vegas and dressing up like a Nazi to name a few.
However, when I saw Meagan’s behavior on Netflix, to me, it seemed like a planned slap in the face to Harry’s family and to him as well. Since this was done in front of a camera her actions were deliberate and possibly rehearsed. My first thought was that she had no respect for her husband and didn’t like his family. When she said, “Americans will understand this…”I thought to myself “No Ma’am, we do not understand your cavalier disregard towards your husband or his family and you are being rude”

As a country, America has much in common with England. We share the same language. The whole "Harry is from England" "Meghan is from America" is almost like a comedy routine that the two of them came up with to explain their interactions with each other. If she had qualified this by saying she was nervous, it would have been different, but she didn't. When you go to a foreign country, you respect their culture. There were so many times for me. I remember seeing her for the very first time & noting (in November) when she was not wearing stockings/tights in that first out-of-doors interview. I just put that down to inexperience. Then came the engagement interview & it waved many red flags that truly alarmed me. It went downhill from there. At the wedding, "Tiara-gate", her behaviour on the balcony where Harry asked her repeatedly to turn around and face the populous then Oprah... That was it for me. It makes me feel physically unwell to recall how cruel she was towards our late great Queen while her husband lay dying and that this cruelty and spiteful behaviour was continued, probably driving her into her grave a little earlier than she was destined. The mock curtsy was my "thank you" moment. I felt she had, at last, revealed her true character. As with naming "Invisabet" I believe a whole lot of manipulation went on behind the scenes. I'm sure that the unSussexfuls did NOT ask our Queen's permission to use her pet name from childhood but more inclined to believe that she was asked if they could name the child "after her", which our Queen would have assumed to be Elizabeth. I am sure this is the truth as it is a well-known fact that HMYQ made it known that the use of Lillibett died with Prince Philip. I saw it reported from several very credible sources that she expressed her wishes that nobody referred to her by that personal and special name in the future as she wanted it to remain sacred to the times she shared with her husband. Frankly, the unSussexfuls have done far too many things, burned every bridge they trampled over and then marched the hell out of every travesty to even be considered repentant and deemed forgivable. Rightly so imo.

The Queen died I. sept and by that time this had already been filmed ..... they fully expected that the Queen WOULD see it. That Harry thought this was OK or allowed it to be included is simply unforgivable.

I’m an American but I’m very interested in the Royal Family and British TV. My daughter and I were absolutely disgusted by Meghan’s disrespect. We joked about how we would get a book and find out all of the protocols - and curtsy to everyone, including the wonderful guards with the big hats!

That clip is so disgusting. I was never a MM fan, but after watching that, she will never regain my respect. The Queen, in a way, was the world's grandmother. She was, and still is, much loved and respected by all. For MM to openly, purposely mock the Queen is a horrendous act of disrespect to the Queen, her family and the monarchy.
