i know its selfish of me but i miss the old ellie. the new ones amazing too, but i really miss when she wasn't as famous and did more acoustic things like this instead of just playing lights all the time for people who don't understand how much more in depth she is of an artist.

Strongly urge a 'check out' of Patti's original, as well as an intimate live performance, both on CZcams. Identical arrangement, yet Patti's is so so far superior solo to these two 'birds'. (Perhaps this is simply an oversight and I'm over-reacting, but still, it must be corrected!) ~~

In fairness with this video, in general songwriting credits are mostly only given in the small-print (I often end up searching wikipedia to find out who's written something). And Lissie is well worth listening to some more of - not sure why she's on stage here really, her style is usually much rawer, live at any rate. May depend on your taste, but try e.g. 'Bully' (by Lissie)
it's not like she is unpleasant to look at when she is casual. if she "worked" on her image it would only be a bonus, she is beautiful as is. the point with music is about the sound anyways so i have to disagree with you about the need of improvement on her look.
