This is the place to start, for anyone, at any stage of our journey.
Very relaxing and easy to follow. I must admit that the pounding of the feet intimidated me a bit, but then I was surprised that it wasn't painful at all but quite effective in bringing more circulation to my feet and lower legs. Thank you for this very unusual video.
