Above all because Finland wanted to join NATO due to possible Russian nuclear blackmail. Until then both countries had a kind of defensive alliance, but now Sweden stood alone. And after Russia's invasion of Ukraine a majority of the population, for the first time, wanted to join NATO. The conservatives, now in power, have wanted to join NATO for a long time.

I think I understand how AH came up with the misunderstanding that Russia and USSR was the same thing. The FM of the USSR at the time was a Russian: Molotov !!!!!

As the minister said, a few months before starting the slaughter in 2022, the war criminal Putin declared that NATO must go back to 1997 borders for Russia to back down. Then Finland and Sweden joined NATO. That s how you negotiate with the Kremlin. Respect ! And the Coat of Arms not changing in russia, awesome point.

'Cause Sweden has decided that the centuries long tradition of neutrality has come to an end...and PooTin is just a major contribution factor to this; but not the only factor!

35:28 Appeasement was not a mistake, it was used to buy time for a totally unprepared UK and France to rearm. We have the same situation now, doing everything to not become a combatant, while rearming ourselves.

His excellency FM of Sweden is making the same mistake as Adolf Hitler, the loser. AH said ”Russia” instead of using the correct true name Soviet Union, and his underestimation led to his demise. Both has had no clue what they are up against.
