Amagwinya are made all over africa zola,, im in DRC and they make them, in zim they eat them as well

For the flour measurements, do you “pack” it into a measuring cup or do you use the “fluffing” method with a spoon?

No need to pack the flour when measuring… I always just aerate the flour a little by tossing it with the cup before scooping to measure 😊 Happy vetkoek making
Hello, can I use self raising flour?..if yes do I add yeast?
For this recipe you need to use regular cake wheat flour and yeast

Until it’s doubled in size… takes about an hour
