Switched to controller for sake of playing for battle pass and oh my days.
It’s disgusting how easy things are with roller. Movement is fairly decent and you can evade.

I haven't played Apex for a whole year and every time I see they add a new character it has some ridiculous game changing mechanic that is crazier than the one before.
Respawn lost the plot a long time ago
the top 3 picked legends at this past weekend's playoffs were all available on release of the game
the top 10 picks in public matches 6 were from when the game released & only 1 of the 5 most recently released legends made the list
considering that, "game changing mechanic that is crazier than the one before" doesn't really mean much when it comes to strength of the legends. content creators & players overreact with every single new release & say respawn lost the plot, only to quiet down a week or 2 later, when nobody plays them anymore. seer was insanely strong on release, though, even after the 1st nerfs!
@@crazys89 she is indeed strong as fuck though, her Q provides insane mobility and breaching habilities, her ult makes so she can play solo further from her team and the team teleports to her and her passive can grief other peoples loot which is mid, but good for you to get heals for free

@@Ottoni174 i'm not arguing that she isn't strong but are you expecting every new character to be perfectly balanced on release? would you prefer that they come out like vantage, so weak that nobody plays them anymore after week or 2?
breaching ability was long overdue. they tried it with maggie and it was clearly too weak, so this was, imo, the next logical step. i'm pretty sure they'll put a max range on her ult, sooner, rather than later & passive, like you said, is mid. it's the 2nd day. let her breathe a bit. if she's op, the devs will figure it out and probably at least hot fix nerf her. if she's not op everyone's just proving again that humans, by nature are averse to change & overreact to it

Using alter q to create a safe climb up is giga fucking brained. Also I wanna try some stuff with valk and alter, positioning the alter at a more defensive angle while the other two take two more offensive angles, then gathering at alter's ult after

The fact that you can take height without being exposed is to game breaking and makes height positioning useless, controller legends are also made useless and her passive is just ash's passive but better. This legend shouldn't have been in the game. And we have legends with passive like rampart passive. I hope she will get nerfed to the ground.
