Jack Sperou yup except the R32 has a VR6 formation (that's why it called like that) and it's more like a pure engine to me!! not saying that the GTRs engine is not but you know has more electric things sensors exhaust noise is electronic manipulated etc.

Had one of these many years ago and it was a good all round car, however it sounded better then it went, i owned it for 2 years before moving on to pastures new, was great to hear one again !

One question: il you put gear selector in S mode, the car will change automatically, (at rpm higher), and/or you can change manually the gear with the paddles?
At 130km/h how many rpm are you in 6th gear?
When you drive normally, how many rpm the dsg put the 6th gear?
I ask this because I drove an r32 last week with manual, and i truly interested to buy one here in Italy, with dsg transmission.

Audi RS3 5Zylinder Sound! Der geht sau sau mega gut, hört sich geiler an und Knallt noch brutal :) Das einzigste gute am 4rer R32 ist der Sound. Es geht nix über dein Turbo
When I saw that watch and aftermarket mediaplayer I knew turning signals are not going to be an option.
The 6sp just sounds so much better. The beautiful shift burble is replaced by the dsg fart on the auto

@@ddevulders sorry I didn’t mean to sound like a prat. My dad had a sunbeam tiger bored to 4.7 with no silencers and it sounded epic so I fully understand and appreciate the v8 soundtrack. But to have (albeit low powered ) a hatchback with a 3.2 that makes that noise is just awesome.
