I put over 600 hours in this game
It only took me about 2 hours of practice to melt Lynals in tears of the kingdom.

Ah yes the most difficult enemy, the red bokobolin
Wdym red bokoblins has to have decreased spawns in master mode it shows how difficult they are
@@Datguy8695 Actually ive heard that theres only one on the entire map lol
I never managed to find him 😂😂

dude, I kill them in 0.1 seconds
You know you've played too much when instead of teleporting you ride your horse and enjoy the scenery
dudes been enjoying the same amount of polygons for like 30 years
You know you've played too much when you talk to your pixel horse
🙂From the start, my favorite adventure in BOTW is riding around enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Ah yes, the good life. Retirement living.
That’s what I do, but instead it’s with my master cycle zero.
I remember the times when when I saw a guardian I would get scared and try to run or teleport myself. now I go straight to the center of hyrule to hunt them when I have nothing to do
Before: Guardian theme when he sees you
Now: Link's theme when he sees guardians
same here
I started playing again today when I played earlier it was like 6 years ago and was 8 so i was shit in the game but those guardians are impossible to fight 😂
I like going in with a horse and as many ancient spears as I can carry and completely devastating any Guardian I come across. It's therapeutic
This is making me feel better, I was bout to punch something because of a Guardian yesterday 😬 I've yet to muster up the courage to bring Robbie his flame
The hardest enemy is Lizalfos archer with shock arrows in the rain
Nah its red boko
They're so annoying
oh my god no cause forrealllll i still remember my last encounter with one cause it was THAT annoying
I beat him my first try
Get the lightning helm from the Yiga Clan and you should be set.
You know you played too much when your Link is growing a beard
Yeah i was curious about that
@@Scorch-SkittishMCJames813 A mod, Which means he's playing an illegal copy on PC
@JishinimaTidehoshi you can legally play on an emulator as long as you own a physical copy of the game... there's laws about keeping digital backups of games and you're allowed to as long as you've bought it. Just one of them grey area things to prove yknow.
@@JishinimaTidehoshi That's not a pirate. It's on pc.
@@Omori786Not sure if trolling or just not informed...but Nintendo licensed games are NEVER released on PC. Back in the 80's/early 90's it happened but they weren't ports, they were original games and they were abominations.
Lol I know those are damage and durability transferred torches, aren’t they.
The master torch is real
i don't get it
@Leostar i've heard it's a glitch that can transfer durability from a weapon or shield to another using menu overloading
@@Leostar-Regalius theres a glitch in botw where you can transfer durability and/or damage of one weapon to another, so they basically had an inventory full of master swords (possibly with biggoron sword durability)
You can get a modifier torch with NO glitches by the way. In a chest in Vah rudania it is possible to get a modifier of up to +4 attack
@@kallixo Yeah, the master sword only actually has 40 durability
They're probably corrupted with the springloaded hammer, which has 80
(biggoron sword has 60)
idk when he did it, but if you did it now, you could use ist to corrupt them with the Hylian shield, giving them 1160 durability
I just walk around, ride horses, cook random recipes, watch blupees and fairies, collect random items to sell for no reason, and observe monsters from afar because I avoid conflict which is 80% of the game 😅
Well that's one way to play the game
No because why is that literally me lol I will climb death mountain just to avoid a moblin 😅
I remember when I first started playing I heard some people hunted Lynels for sport and was like “I will never do that, they are too hard to take out!” And then 100 hours later on that save I was literally praying to Ganon himself to bring a Blood Moon so I could go kick some more Lynel ass, I didn’t need the weapons or anything, I just liked it lmao
me trying to upgrade the barbarian armor lol
Kill a few hinoxes then you get a blood moon
NAHHH please tell me how you managed to be able to kill lynels 🥹
Edit: it's been 9 months and I completely forgot about this comment LMAO.... Anyway, I can kill Lynels now tho, and I find it addicting too

Howd you kill it so quick?
I never in my life used windbombs. I just walked.
Well, once I tried them out, but i failed.
I can’t figure out how to do them.
When I first found a lynel, I was terrified, now I actively learned their spawns to farm savage Lynel multi shot bows
I just ride to different places on my horse because I like to see how many in game days it would take me to travel to one stable to the next. I haven't really done walking tho. Maybe I should see how long it takes to get to Gerudo Town from Goron City. Also here's some food for thought, were the Gerudo named after the desert or was the desert named after the Gerudo
you know what, you've actually inspired me to play this way, I want to try it too!
It seems that it would make me feel really inmersed in the world
@@leryco4803 flying and teleporting everywhere doesn't let you see the world.
@@dcta51 yeah, that's why I'm not doing that whenever I want to feel inmersed
The desert existed before the Gerudo inhabited it, so the desert is named after the Gerudo.
Cute pfp ❤
Me who just rides around on the white stallion and the big horse because it’s a horse game now 😂
Beginning be like: *sees guardian* *runs the other way*
End game: AYO COME BACK HERE I NEED YOUR PARTS
I swear, Guardians at the beginning of the game hunt you for sport and then endgame they just run the fuck away and defend themselves because they know you've gotten powerful 🤣🤣🤣

Master Cycle Zero's fuel goes down too quickly sometimes I'd prefer my ultimate horse named Bob(five stars on all the stats)
I’ve completed the beasts, the shrines, the dlcs, the main quests and side quests, found all the fairy fountains, built a tarry town, own a house with all the fixin’s, and now I don’t know what to do with myself

I want a canonical Link with a beard now.
No beards for characters who started as kids its just too cursed!
I remember showing my friend how to beat one with your eyes closed and they freaked out, best shit ever

Me who cheeses Lynels using the Master Cycle Zero jumping on and off it to got to bullet time and headshot them: *yeah...*
I miss the Master Cycle! Why couldn't they let me get it again in Tears of the Kingdom?
Without the tricks people have discovered, most vehicle builds are so slow. Or, fail on different terrain.
Honestly, I want something like the bridge escort in twilight princess, not 55 rush rooms for a diamond I could get in any other place
BOTW is one of the biggest masterpieces of All time eho agrees with me cus they put so much love into the detail
📠
I will never get to play this game to even so much as halfway to ultimate completion
I'm guessing you've started playing Tears of the Kingdom? Because that's just as good if not better.
@@rufusgreenleaf2466The story of Tears of the Kingdom sucks though. Breath of the Wild had a way better story and Malice is way cooler than Gloom.
@@HungryWarden Now i've completed the game i can say Tears has a lot of problematic mechanics to it's gameplay. I enjoyed the story, though i do agree Breath had better Temples. The divine beasts were legendary.
For me it's a bit of a mixture, Tears had a bigger range of areas to explore but Breath had better sage powers.

I think I've purged my copy's entire Lynel population by now
If you make something so bizzare that lynels is being one shotted left and right thats when you know you are board as hell and need some entertainment
Back when I was really grinding BOTW, I went on a huge spree, challenging guardians around hyrule castle and fighting every. single. Lionell. Back to back because They were the only enemy that felt like a real fight. Don't know how the hell I did it back then because I cannot for the life of me get the timings right now.
I always love watching your videos, keep up the good work 😊
For a second I thought that this was talking about TOTK and I was sitting there thinking “SIR… KING GLEEOKS?!? HELLO?!?” 😂
Man tried to hide the sneakiest Shield Blick Reset Thunder Clap Rush and thought we wouldn’t notice
Honestly though, Lynels aren't hard. It's just a test of your timing (flurry rushes) and inventory management.
I agree with this. Va Ruta was my first divine beast so I had to fight the red lynel. I died so many times but eventully a fully learned its attack patterns and flurry rushes were a given for me so the harder lynels were not a challenge.
Especially after a round of elden ring, then lynels are easy to get used to, 200+ hours in BOTW before then doing 200 hours in elden ring can do many things to someone
@@distinctiveextinction4055 you know you don't have to kill the Lynel for Vah'Ruta, you can just take the arrows and go away... 🙃

They don't eat up weapons at all if you go against them correctly
@@BTLJKS Ok lmao
@beetlejukes you mean riding them? Where's the fun in that though? I want to try nuking one with a bunch of fused time bombs though.
Fair enough
wait until you find a red bokoblin
When you're slow walking into a camp with base level Hero Garb because you've got perfect parry mastered.
I like to have Link act like an actual human in BotW, so that's why I walk around a lot. I once took the Master Cycle from Link's house to Zora's Domain
Same here. I have that wandering knight mentality. Never hit a populated area. Forces you to use camp fires and other resources ignored during the later portion of the game. As well as making you keep track of your horse and keep him alive. If I’m feeling particularly extra, no changing clothes. All tunic and food items for weather. Put me over 700 hours in botw.
I saw a post today that said that cutting the grass in this game is satisfying and a fun way to spend an hour and that has the same energy as this video
That mod for Link's beard is cool. He aged ten years before he beats the calamity.
bro its gotten to the point where the guardians in hyrule field run from me😭😭
Lmaoooo that was so me it got to a point where I kept farming Lynels and perrying every single attack they threw at me they became bokoblin level difficulty to me
Me studying med postgraduate course and on the verge of absolute happiness and well-being: “too much to do in a Zelda game… thank goodness ❤”.
It brings an smile to my face, playing this game seriously brings sparks to stressful life
My dad 3 weeks in TOTK: me asking him the hardest thing lynel s included him: lynels are too easy to include Also him: Farming lynels for fun until it's boring
Beard Link: hhnngh...Purah I keep alerting the enemy...
Beard Link: the wood box is indispensable while in the field
Beard Link: (grunts in combat) hur hunh hahh
Purah: It's like one of my Sheikah animes!
Nah but fr after getting all the outfits I just be driving around with the master cycle but now that totk released I’m definitely not bored ☠️
You know you’ve played too much when you walk outside (when it’s cold) and think you hear the music that plays when it’s cold . .
Me and my friends used to play a game with botw, where we take pictures using the sheikah slate and try and recreate each other’s pictures by trying to guess the location and racing to get there. I know I’ve played too much Zelda when it takes like under 5 minutes to pinpoint and arrive at the exact location of link staring at the ground.
You are such an asset to yt shorts, this video changed my life
I played this game so much in the late game period that I can tell, for lynels, with perfect accuracy, when to parry, when to flurry, where the opening in their attack is, at what distance do they pull out their bows. But then I started a new save and I couldn't even remember what the attack pattern of a bokobolin is.
I miss Botw so much i’m actually gonna get back into it there’s always gonna be a special place in my heart for botw no matter how good totk is❤
You know you've played to much note when the Guardian theme song doesn't make you shit your pants
I really like how this song is a very catchy absolute banger but yet is sctually very simple
Me: in botw killing linels without armor in the cold.
Me in totk: struggles to get used to the construct timings
You know you have played way to much when you buy all the amiibo just to get extra weapons or armor
you know when i know when i played too much zelda... when real life shit starts to remind me of zelda... be seeing a flower thinking 'that's the same as in zelda!!'
I played very unorthodox and finished all the shrines, then divine beasts, then quests, then beat the game. Was totally overpowered at that point. I just spent most of my time wandering around because adventuring was my favorite part and for some reason I have a REALLY strong combat aversion in games. The nice thing is that now that I know the world like the back of my hand, I’m focusing on main story much more in totk
“If you get bored of the game then you’ve played too much”
Me who got bored an hour after playing the game: 👁👄👁
MORE TO EXPLORE!
You know you’ve played too much when you have the bow of light on your inventory
ive played too much such as walking around, beating lynels easily, but i'm never bored of the game
I know I've played to much when I have all 1,000 koroks, shrines, armor sets fully upgraded, and when my map looks like a green screen when I use the feature that let's you see where all you've gone in Tears of the Kingdom.
That last one hit me. I’ve done the story, completed all shrines, gotten every Korok Seed, discovered every part of the map, accomplished all quests, and finished the DLC.
I’ve done literally everything in the game, so what I do is get on a horse, and have it Walk on a pathway. It’ll then let me go around the map by itself without moving the joystick. It’s extremely relaxing and I hope people see this because it’s very satisfying.
Bokoblins. The smartest, strongest enemies in Hyrule (also happens to be my favourite)
dude i remember when we were all twelve, i remember watching you at below 1k subs, i remember those first couple videos, it’s insane to see us all grow up. i keep on thinking, man, his voice is so deep, and then remembering how mine was back then 😭 love you dude, keep up the content
The thing about lynels is that, when you're at the zora kingdom, you gotta take a picture of one, but you only got 3 hearts. Thats when you got to defeat it for the first time. Took me 6 hours to do, changed the way I look at combat forever.
My Lynel killing career really started when I took down my second lynel, the one with the spear on Gerudo Highlands next to the sword of the 8th. I saw him from a distance, then I saved, then I went over there and had one hell of a fight with it, and after I brought it down, I wanted to kill more. And my current lynel kill count is in the hundreds.
I won't get bored of trying to defeat the NPCs that prevents you from going into gorudo town
"You know you've played too much when you just walk around and don't even use wind bombs or blss anymore"
me who's never successfully wind bombed or pulled of a blss that's more efficient than just walking:
I never ended up learning how to windbomb because I was enamored with stasis launching and flight machines.
I’ve played to the point where all the shrines and shrine quests are complete and I’ve done all the side quests. In tears of the Kingdom you have to get the map again but I already knew how to get everywhere
That’s me with Witcher 3 cuz I just go around seeing how high up a mountain I can get to take screenshots on my Switch 😂
Lankos is a cursed image but he does slay zelda quite often and, she's a God. 😂
At this point I've done everything in botw so much that I just kinda mess around and fight things
You know you played to much when link grows a beard
There’s like 60 quests. And maybe the same amount of shrine quests. Which just lead to a blessing shrine anyway.
Bro I can kill 10 white lynels at once but when the red Bokoblin appears I’m gone 💀
One time I killed the silver lynel in the colosseum and a blood moon happened immediately after.
Needless to say, I was shocked, but that didn’t stop me from killing it again.
This describes me too well, im at the point where all i need to do is find the last 600 koroks

Even so playing to much :me getting bored
Actually playing with boko’s :me having the best time in a long time
So….when I was fully into the game I killed the master mode gold lynel on the great platue (which would be fairly difficult normally with good gear) well…I killed it with out even obtaining the paraglider or leaving the platue that means that I could only use what was in the Tutorial area to kill the hardest enemy in the game on the hardest difficulty in the game
ok but i am in ALL the "played too much" catagory
