Unboxing A Brand New Sony Ericcson T68i in 2022!!

I had been watching and waiting on eBay for 2-3 years to find a sweet Ericcson T68..... I am still watching and waiting, but in the meantime I've found this Brand New! Sony Ericsson T68i!

Maybe a first for a colour screen? (although it was one of the first colour screens outside of Japan), but all of the Nokias, and Ericcsons LCD screens were actually always on.... battery bar, signal bars and cell provider etc....

I had one 😊 And I bought the clip on camera and clip on MP3 player 😅 think it had like 4 or 5 songs on it.

I had this phone, bought it when it was released, it was gold color.
It was a fine little lightweight phone, though I remember it became sluggish after some time while writing SMS.You would write on the keyboard but letters appeared on the screen like 5 seconds later. I guess the memory got fuller and made this happen.
And the joystick was hanging to one side as with many other SE phones..
I don't know which phone that got bluetooth first, but I had the Nokia 7650 at around the same time and it also had bluetooth that enabled me and a friend who also had 7650 to play 2 player snake over bluetooth connection while sitting in separate rooms :) what joys.
That 7650 was the first mobile with built in camera though.

unfortunately manu governements turning off 2g and 3g network, so don't expect to make theses phones as an everyday use.
