I’m surprised you didn’t say more about LCB Outis. I actually think this is her best identity, with damage bonuses on all her skills and actually the second highest potential damage on any skill 1 in the entire game (with only R Corp Heathcliff’s Graze the Grass dealing more, and that’s only with ammo). Her skills 1 and 2 being sloth and pride means she can generate her own base EGO extremely efficiently, and the base 20 power on that ego gives her a guarantee to win any clash. I took a level 13 LCB Outis with me to the Kromer fight and she kind of carried the fight for me.

Yeah I was going to say, LCB Outis is literally amazing, definitely her best identity without question for me. She can clash well, does good damage, great EGO as you said - plus she's 0 rank so she upties for free which is awesome. She beats a good deal of 000 Identities, and imo blows a ton of 00 identities out of the water. Same with base Ryoshu and base Sinclair.

I will have to experiment with her and see if I judged her wrong. I'm currently using her other version and haven't given much love to the 1*

In my personal opinion don’s Rip Space does completely diabolical damage (is technically capable of pulling out 95 points (?) of damage if at 10 charge and gets heads on all rolls but yeah LCB outis is jacked, though i did kinda just spammed mersault e.g.o every turn because my build basically allowed it and that was how i beat kromer

@@oofink467 10 charge rip space is a fucking warcrime yeah, especially for a unit that is basically just a train fangirl, but 0 Outis consistency is baller too since you don't need to setup charge stacks or anything

It's interesting that Ebony Stem is HE tier when the Abnormality it comes from Ebony Queen's Apple is WAW tier, I guess they didn't want to give us WAW tier E.G.O.s too soon

I just want to put forth the idea that win more abilities are good in a game where you want to maintain strength across multiple battles, they will be especially useful once the train track challenges come out next month, as it doesn't look like you will get much healing mid run unless you are running healer ego or self healing IDs.

outist apple EGO skill is expensive for reason, the passive, you gain pierce dmg up turn start, combine with her base EGO skill mean she get 2 power up turn start,on hit with head coin she inflict 1 bind and rupture count next turn,it said on hit meaning mutil hit skill like her skill 1 will inflict 3 bind and rupture count if able to hit all head,it kinda upgrade her even more.
also her passive is good for the first clash win again enemy that not abnormality, since if you able to win clash again enemy, enemy sanity lose by few meaning it will below 0,30 percent is 3 dmg in number

Despite i'm fond of Outis, G Corp Head Manager really sucks actually.
    Come to think of it:
Every skill has 1 coin. In general battles, you can't redirect attacks, and because of that, Outis will frequently lose in clashes. She can't always use defense, otherwise her value goes down.
Buffs are good, of course, but you will gain much more using LCB Outis in terms of DPS, who boosts damage depending on enemy's HP percentage, inflicts rupture, and boosts damage depending on enemy's speed, (while having a good 3-7 base speed)
As for her passives... They're kinda... meh? Morale boost is the most usable in her kit. However, there aren't many characters who can utilize haste: namely LCB Don Quixote (Shi Quixote is a joke, as well as the whole Shi party), and R Corp Heathcliff.
Determined is a good addition, but it's just not worth it: 1/3 chances you'll get Attack Power up. Not to mention, you need 5 Sloth res. It's stupid. R Corp Heathcliff and LCB Don don't possess any sloth skills. So in order to use G Corp Outis efficiently, you'll need two more units with sloth skills. Those are requirements. So the only one usage I can see in G Corp Outis, is making either Don or Heathcliff shine. In general - LCB Outis is better.
    About Blade Lineage Outis:
Blade Outis needs to always build Poise count, in order to outrun her LCB Identity. And there is flaw: RNG on crits.
Currently, her identities suck. But thankfully, there are even MUCH MUCH WORSE Identities in terms of Game design.

If you factor in her coin power her overall power does reach the level of a lot of 3* identities. But yes if we are comparing her to other 3* she of course will pale in comparison. I think she will be mostly used by alot of F2P who don't have access to a reliable blunt character [similar to myself]. And yes poise sucks. Also good breakdown as well. And yes. MUCH worse.

      @DeltafangEX Před rokem +1

Honestly, if they had just given her two coins on either her S1 or S2 - instead of just one - things would have been much better. It really sucks that she can win 4 clashes in a row and then be completely waylaid by the last one and then she's done.
I've somewhat found a decent level of success with using her as a duo/trio partner for the super slow units like Shi Ishmael or N-Corp Mersault.
More recently, I've found that G-Corp Outis actually pairs quite nicely with LCB Faust and LCCB Rodion for a decent, well-rounded slowplay trio. Outis provides her own Sloth supply, while Rodion and Faust bring their own Pride and Gluttony supply for their own EGOs. The last member should be someone with a Gloom S1/S2 to enable Outis' EGO - preferably someone else who also reduces the enemy's damage like Zwei Sinclair (can give Protection and has a great 2 cost Gloom passive and a Wrath S2 if you need some) and/or LCCB Ishmael (ATK down/Paralysis/Tremor Burst if you brought Zwei Sinclair).
Though with this amount of damage down and paralysis, you might be better of swapping the last unit for a pure DPS like Kurokumo Rodion (S1 Gloom) if you're not using LCCB Rodion. Or a hybrid that can take advantage of your team comp like Seven Yi Sang who has a deck and passive that perfectly matches the others by further reducing your opponent's clashing power and increasing your team's. He's one of the best options if you take Zwei Sinclair specifically because it gives him full access to Crow's Eye View for lowering ATK even more and teamwide Haste - or even more Paralysis with Wishing Cairn.
Realistically, no plan ever survives contact with the enemy (read: 2-18 or Kromer) and I need to give these teams a little more testing to see...but baring any evil RNG, the options for slowplay teams SEEM solid to me at least. Once I get some more of them leveled/uptied and/or roll the ones I'm missing, maybe I'll make a video about the theorycraft or something.
