please try the Fremego F22 rc plane, you can find one for only 20 bucks, it flies really well!
The retractable landing gear was your lockdown project? Everytime I hear someone with an English accent say the word lockdown I instantly think worthless pussy
Those screaming fans give it a good baby Vulcan howl.
How cool! A completely scale, flying airplane with retractable landing gear! Andrew deserved the Grand Prize.
So amazing !!!! Thank you so much Dominic ! These Guys are "Heros" for me. To build such a scale model with details like retracts below 300 grams , unbelievable !!! Cheers Rudi
What a lovely looking model. The Ducted fans sound just right.
Incredible; it's even got the famous Vulcan howl 👍
Beautiful landing 🎉😍
WOW!! very impressive..love that it has working landing gear....love it.
Thank you all for your comments! I can only say that this model was nowhere near the build quality or detail of the other aeroplanes which were being flown at the Nationals. I have a couple of dozen templates and instruction pdf sheets for the basic model. (before I went for EDFs and landing gear) I can send these for £5 (GBP) If anyone is interested. The design was originally for 2mm Depron sheets, but can be adapted for the 3mm now available in hardware stores.
What a superb model. Well done. Please tell me you fly her outside also on those fabulous flat calm evenings.
@@torqueover Yes, I have flown the Vulcan outdoors on many outings. It copes with a light breeze surprisingly well.
How can I reach you. Do you have email adress or phone number?
The model flies as well as the real one!So spectacular!Sincere congrats and cheers from France !
Even has the Vulcan roar and its in scale with the model. Truly awesome!
Very skilled pilot! So hard to fly indoors!
What a great plane. Fantastic job. Brings back memories from my ATC days and camp at RAF Waddington in the early 1980’s thanks
Like a caged bird, I think she wants to play outside! I remember watching one at Duxford as a kid with my Dad. Performed incredible manoeuvres. Beautiful.
What a legend Andrew is, so very nice to see this
Beautiful to see this lovely Vulcan model, I’d love one.
Such an impressive model, Vulcan Bomber. I absolutely love it. Thank you for sharing this video made my day👍. Awesome video as always.
Thanks. Glad I was there with my new camcorder to capture it. Stunning bit of aero-modelling.
Amazing scale flying and power! Flown like a real Vulcan!! Some company needs to make a 40-50 inch balsa and a foam version.
Very nice looking aircraft. Great flying.
Awesome!
Perfect in every way.
Absolutely superb looks great in the air
A thing of beauty! Congratulations on a magnificent build that flies so well. The retracts - wow!
Beautiful plane wonderful flying.
My god what a beautiful plane. what a craftmanship.
Wow,that was amazing, beautiful build, flown and filmed! Thanks for sharing!!
I'd love to see a close up of the landing gear retract and steerable nose gear. Talented build!
Truly wonderful achievement. Well done!
Beautiful. It looked a lot like he was constantly running out of space and always having to step on the brakes. Great flight tho thanks for posting.
that's an awesome indoor model
Nice. I always liked the Victor
Excellent work
Pure Class. Great looking model to boot.
Brilliant, even the scale howl of the four Avon engines , very nice low speed scale flying too , V impressed all round 👏 👍
She's beautiful
I agree, the big models in 1/32nd are deserved to fly not even to be static!
Absolutely mind blowing! Beautiful! I was privileged to see one of the last flights the Vulcan made out of RNAS Yeoviliton after the Air Day weekend and they did a fantastic fly past for us!
Almost had me there at 4:32
Even the Vulcan "howl" was to scale. lol
Excellent model - many congrats!
A stunning achievement in such a small model and to fly (and turn 😁) that well was icing on the cake 🍰👍🙂
Brilliant Aircraft, & build congratulations it's absolutely lovely watching the flight & sound similar for the scale. The classic wheels down with the bomb bay open for a slow fly pass would be awesome.
What a great model!
Was waiting to see this after the mention of it in the last video. And happy Anzac Day from here in New Zealand
You are welcome. Have a good day 😉
@@EssentialRC it has been thank you.
That's fantastic. Love the sound.
A fine model and a fine landing too, well done.
brilliant sir
Amazing bit of scale engineering. 👍
So impressed especially with the Vulcan
Nicely done, it’s a beauty.
All that's missing is the famous, "Howl."
Seen one at last base yrs ago , wow
Wow! That Vulcan....what a beauty! Are you taking orders? Great flying too!
✌☠🤘
Most excellent! Well done. 👍
Lovely looking rc Vulcan
Fantastic, thanks very much.
Wow..fantastic (pardon the pun!), expertly designed, built and flown. Well done...
Wow. The windshield wipers blow me away.
Simply…beautiful!
Very impressed 🇬🇧👍🏼
Brilliant!!
Very impressive!
😍😍
I have flown it in VR...Amazing and really easy to fly.
That's delightful and superb flying looks tricky
In that size hall...yes...but he did a great job
@@EssentialRC Agreed bit quick for a games hall , would be great in an old hanger or warehouse
Cool
Nice
Lindo modelo, e ainda voa muito bem. Parabéns pelo trabalho ❗️🇧🇷
That's awesome. I remember seeing these in the air when I was young. My favourite plane of all time I think. Is this scratch built? If so it's an amazing accomplishment.. It would be just if it was static display, let alone a flying model!
Yes. Scratch built
@@EssentialRC well done Sir!
Brilliant channel content Dom
Stay tuned for lots more. I'm on a mission with my new camcorder this year... 😉
I particularly love the way it looks but would like to know if there is a outdoor plane being built in the future and if so how much and where to get it
Awesome I mite re print my mini version of the howler as the first one wasn't very good as I cud not find the right places to put the mini a10 efs
I thought that landing was nearly as impressive as the model itself
Beautiful model and a lovely bit of flying too. Thank you.
Minus 500 House Points for whoever set up that table at the start of the video in front of a fire exit…
Should put led in the exhaust nozzle simulating afterburner
Vulcan did not have afterburner
Nice ,Brushed or brushless edf? I made a Tu-160 variable swept wing model ,use 2 brushed edf , however it's wing loading is too heavy and can not fly as slow as your vulcan.
A beautiful build of a beautiful aeroplane. Well done!
I couldn’t quite catch the name of the material used to skin the wings - sounded something like ‘lecta board’. I’d be grateful if some kind soul could illuminate me with the correct name.
Cheers.
Vector Board
I want one
It almost has the howl
Beautiful is this available in kit form
He sell plans I think. Contact Andrew thru the following thread www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2595049-950mm-span-Avro-Vulcan-B2&fbclid=IwAR3TfebZL11dGZISikO2gwegFe_11d_N2UVkk6DIdlZZkysKj4OPc1lE-u8
amazing where can i get one?
This was scratch built buddy. Only Vulcan kits I know of here www.4-max.co.uk/tn-vulcan49EDF.html
@@EssentialRC its brilliant i was in the real thing last year at Doncaster well don bud
I'm in the states so where can I get one of those Avril Vulcan
This is the only commercial kit I know of. www.4-max.co.uk/tn-vulcan49EDF.html
what does bmfa stand for?
British Model Flying Association
Where can I buy this model ?
You can't. It was scratch built.
What a fabulous whine from those two motors, and it would appear to be a sturdier and more practical model than I expected. That big wing seems to give some ground-effect as well. Simply wonderful !
