- Post Amit Shah’s interview with ANI, Rajya Sabha MP, and Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal held a press conference on May 16 in New Delhi where he reacted to HM Shah’s comment on the Supreme Court’s intention behind giving Arvind Kejriwal’s interim bail. He targeted the Home Minister by saying that Amit Shah doesn’t have enough law knowledge. Addressing the press conference, he said, “Amit Shah has given a very objectionable statement and questioned the intention of the Supreme Court. He said that many people say that Arvind Kejriwal's interim bail is a special treatment by the SC.

The SC if it thinks it’s a contempt of court, should try and fix Amit Shah for that. Or Sibal himself should seek such an action, the world would now know better how a court can have so many judgements on a same matter, and presumably all have studied the same law 😂🤣

Useless senior lawyers working as a company not allowing other lawyers to prosper and argue cases. These lawyers about 10 to 15 making the wrong case to right case. Right case as wrong by taking loopholes in acts. These fellows approach the court on health grounds and advice the clients to apply for bail on these terms and judges follow.

For some advocates , getting a favorable response from any Court is easy ! They argue for money and it is lakhs and lakhs for each appearance ! They can bend the arm of law anyway they like, or twist it or even break it. But they show themselves as the guardians of law and justice.

Supreme Court can make it a routine normal treatment by granting bail to many people who face ED/CBI cases and languishing in custody for many months.
Even in the Sisodia case, ED objects bail by saying he will tamper evidence while the evidences are in the files and custody of ED. Probably these evidences are filed in court. Court accepts this argument... strange.
