Upper 4K probably. Im doing a job now rougly 27sqft concrete, play ground equipment & small bleachers 9 of them at a req park, 9k for this job. Can only work weekends tho & have to schd around park activities.

Well it would he my first job, so im not sure of my cost.... From my research the goal should be around $200 an hr but I quoted at .29 per sq ft. I feel like it might be too high but I am not sure.

Depending on cold
Latex is fine unless it's very cold. And it's easier to clean up. But only paint up to the wheel stop. It was previously painted before the stops were installed.
