    Hi sir , Can we perform these drills on thread mill? We will have better control on pace well. Whether this will help or interval running on thread mill have limitation?

      Doing intervals in Treadmill will not help. Treadmill works in a regulated controlled environment where breathing and HR is under controlled . Humidity and temperature is also controlled .There is always a fear of treadmill breakdown. Also knees gets impacted due to hard treadmill surface. Better try in ground.
