Thank you Kris and firmsconsulting. You are always inspiring and very helpful. For this video, I think the tip on "focusing too much on neutralising threats" could be explained better. It was not as clear as the other 5 how I could action it. Maybe a couple more examples in future versions. Thank you again.

Glad it was helpful. Yes, its hard to include many examples in a short video but I will try to cover it more in future videos. The key point was to focus on the big picture (are you on the right path) and key things (are you taking the right steps towards achieving your goal).

Thanks again for a very nice and relevant content again.
I should mention that especially following the advice on Pyramid Strategy thinking is beneficial. I did that experiment in my career, and some of those deviations failed but the ones that I succeeded at and internalized paid off multiple times in terms of life experience and financial recognition. The main reasons for me to consider the diversification(and even following firmsconsulting content and recommendations) were item 3, 4 mentioned in this video. We should really think that in all of the jobs at some we will probably find ourselves in the situation that "grass is always green from the other side". And here I completely agree with Kris that there are two types of the persons. Either you stay on pyramid strategy(complacent) like most do and be afraid to change or the change is really natural part of your character.
All in all, for the person willing to see and to think critically about their future and career, this video is "treasure cave" for such a short amount of delivery time :)

I enjoy learning from other people's mistakes. But these lessons are hard to find as most people don't like parading them around. However I found a few IT-based courses where engineers talk about disastrous software projects which was extremely useful. If you know any disastrous consultancy projects or people that did something terribly wrong then I'm sure your audience would love to learn from it.

Hi Decenttradical, thank you for suggested topic. I will think about how to incorporate it into a future video or as examples in future videos. Michael actually shares in courses his experience of projects going wrong. For example, this week we released 2 episodes of Analyzing a Strategy Partner's Career program and he specifically mentions there negative experiences as well. So if you are an FC Insider make sure you check it out.

Right! FC does that alot -- in its podcast, here on YT (For instance the video about "29.9% of clients who did not join MBB": czcams.com/video/MQaSlX8Yrw8/video.html) and also in its premium content. Infact, there are tonnes of examples. I agree with you that those stories and the lessons from them can be more important than success ones.
