I kinda wish this had been a settlement. Flat ground and potentially large build area to build on and/or farm. Major water source for both water harvesting and "lake front property" building. A park for the kiddies and some serviceable cottages to repair. Yeah, cool spot.

My favorite location to watch is robots fight deathclaws. Sometimes I can get the BOS in on the fight if they land close enough.
