The most sacred bonds in life are between people who are emotionally secure enough in each other's presence that they can call a spade a spade and use whatever economical, colourful and brutally blunt language they need to in order to communicate a point or paint a picture. The joy is knowing you're understood when doing so. I performed comedy for about eight or nine years and as far as I'm concerned there is no greater comedian than Steve Hughes. I can't watch any other comedian. Most of them are mucky little shills or just not funny. Steven Hughes has actually been part of my journey towards enlightenment.
