Also its a good way to to make the moment before less of a real somber/happy tear jerker moment. The film isnt exactly thats its bubbly and happy and that moment before was a “well that got real o’clock” moment it gets people laughing again
Will Smith really made Genie his own, it was impressive. But nothing can ever top Robin's Genie. His voice-over work was literally game-changing!!!!! Robin walked so Will could Run.

Some of the Genie's best moments were in King of Thieves! Telling Al he needs a bachelor party, dismay at the elephants trampling the carpet then realising it's redundant, using the elephant as a air blower, all of the song There's A Party in Agrahbar, the Lifestyles of the Rich and Magical bit, plus the scene cheering up Jasmine which was all improvised by Robin Williams!

I also enjoy how the Genie can be as genuine with people as he can be humorous. There’s that moment right before Al went to see Jasmine when he put the pizzazz aside simply told Al to just be himself. And kudos for giving an honorable mention to the live-action remake.
