I know I'm like a year late to this but, I finally found the movie they were filming. One day I was in Frankenmuth, ( I go there all the time) and there were 'closed for filming' signs, and there were hallmark signs there too, and I finally found the movie. :)

Yes, but not from "Isn't it Romantic" there's a Korean version that came out before both as well as many other shows (I have no idea when the original came out). It's just like how there's a million riffs on "12 angry men" etc
