1960,1970களில் நாங்கள் சேலத்தில் இருந்த போது கொத்தின பலாமுசுவினை பெரிய மூங்கில் கூடைகளில் எடுத்து வந்து வீதிகளில் படி எட்டணா என்று சொல்லிக்கொண்டு விற்பதை பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.அதன் ருசி நன்றாக இருக்கும்.

After cutting just pressure cook with added salt n turmeric powder give 2 whistle. After tat coconut green chillies as per ur taste with lil jeera grind it without adding water then make talippu with coconut oil adding mustrd seed urd lil dry chilli n curry leaves(thuvaren) try this mam tku

I have a doubt. For ceremony we don't use coconut and green chilli. How to do at that time. Can we put only ginger and pepper powder. Will it be good without coconut?

Sinhala people make a curry equivalent to chicken curry in taste and smell. Tamils don’t cook because tamil area pala gives very tasty fruits. They don’t waste tender ones. Namaskaram, Mami! Idichakkai curry is a favourite in our home! Yummy! Just one doubt, do you cook the raw jackfruit pieces till they are 80 percent cooked or you have to cook them fully? Also, if you pulse it in the mixie when it's still hot, won't it become like a paste? Thanks for all your wonderful cooking tutorials!
80% cook and give the pulses the mixie if you cook 100% then it will become paste

Madam! No doubt the item was very nice A small request:. While grinding some hot items, please make a mention that the thing to be ground only after it cools down because beginners may make the mistake of grinding even when it is hot which may lead to some explosion from the mixie jar. . We elders know the fact that hot items should not be ground.
