If Lucy was my English teacher in school, I probably wouldn't have ended up becoming a lazy native English speaker. These have got to be the best English lessons I've ever seen, very engaging with so many great examples.
I'm a native English speaker, taught at school in England. I have never learned this for English. I have only learned about such grammar for foreign languages. This is ridiculous! Thank you for this lesson.

Thanks for explaining this. I'm a student in a german middle school and I have already learned the present simple tense. I will learn the past perfect soon. But first I will learn the passive, which I already know. You're the BEST teacher I've EVER seen. Great job!
I don’t know which is worse: complicated tenses in English or unpredictable genders of German nouns. Complicated morphology in Slavic languages is probably even more challenging. Hard to tell if your native language is Russian. Anyway, viel Glück beim Lernen!
