He plays a Buffet Crampon Green Line...this model has some elephant tooth ornaments on the top piece and on the bell. He was testing it, if it had any influence on the tone. He later removed it.
wish i could understand what Albrecht was saying. Is there any way to get a brief summary of what he was talking about...I'm assuming it was oboe reeds. English subtitles would be great :)

he is one of the best in the world playing oboe, but i still dont find the oboe timbre 100% good.. still sounds a little like a duck, i think i will never really like oboe :/
this guy just has the most amazing tone, his expression is incredible.
that's what makes him so talented and so great a musician.
