@@Goremonger2 this is so funny that you gave me that comment on that day my wife installed Warcraft agian hahaha :D...but on the other hand after all that years im so sad that Greyfoo nver made a Statement why he left..i hope he isnt dead ..or maybe commited a crime...you know what i mean.

Greyfoo sang this to our raid many many years ago in vanilla molten core, when it was the IT raid.. it was excellent so glad so many people are able to hear this haha

@Hexgar Hiya Hexgar, thanks for your post. This is entirely my own work - but I admit it's very rough in places, I was new to recording (and drums... and machinima) when I made this one.
I remember in Molten Bore how we had a ret paly in our raids, oddly enough, nobody ever questioned it.

As a ret for life this video is classic, hilarious......may be the best WoW vid ever....awesome.
Same story with Spacebar clown and Scarlet Toy, albeit I was getting better at making pasta in the timeline. I didn't get to play with MIDI until Exodar Disco (however this still features the Korg and my 'real' Bass guitar flubbing around). I like to play at least one instrument proper, on any given song... depending on how rough I am at it, however... (reaches for mouse) :P
About time Grey :p Nice to see you got that studio up and running. It's been a pleasure over the years when you surprise us with song on vent. Make sure you guys look up videos from this user as I'm sure more will come.

Hiya! Well, it was a bit of both. I bought one of those rubber drum kits with sensor pads, and tried learning to play, then realised I was terrible at keeping time, which is why so much of this song is all over the place; it was also my first foray into ProTools (6), which had no MIDI: so the bass and drums is me doing a terrible job with real playing followed by some bad cut-copy pasta - It was my first time! Guitar is real, rest of the sounds are an old Korg 01/WFD.

I played a paladin since the game came out and I quit once cataclysm came out...I will never forget what it meant to be a "True" paladin

All these new Paladins don't know how painful it was to find groups as a ret pally. I'm tired of them saying ret isn't good enough. They have no idea....

@madcat789 If I remember correctly Divine Storm was 100% holy damage, and wings and bubble could be on at the same time. TL;DR: Unmitigated damage while immune to everything? GG.

Well, pallies can still heal on emergencies, just not too much... I mean, throwing a Lay on Hands on a tank when the healer's too busy can often save a raid.
Not to mention minuscule healings they can throw at themselves.
And then 2nd of February, 2012 was forever known as Ret Pally day

Druids are actually the true hybrid and the only quad hybrid. They can melee dps, ranged dps, heal, or tank. They have to change spec and gear to do each to the best of their ability, but a tank druid can switch to cat form and be about 2/3rds or more of a real cat dps, and conversely as well.
And paladins most certainly have to change gear. If you bring a ret paladin in ret gear to heal, you could instead bring a mage with bandages. You know, cause blink offers good healer mobility...lol

The paladin class of wrath is nothing like vanilla paladins.
When you say low dps now, it means rets are 5% behind some of the pure dpsers. Back then it meant you were 50 to 100% behind.
Prots are actual tanks now, Holy is a real healer and not a buff spammer.
Vanilla paladins were designed to be a healer with lots of buffs in endgame. That's in blue text, they know they screwed up. It's much more fun now.

I like how drums come little bit too late (im myself drummer) :D problem being good drummer is that everything you do, trying to make it "unrhytming" NO, i just can't do it.. i find some kind of rhytm for everywhere :D
No no no Hunters never pass on stuff its in our contract with blizz which states we can misdirect any annoying group member (Multiple Times) and in return we always must hit need even if it something we cant use!

This may have been true prior to 2.0, but since then druids and paladins have taken up the mantle of the "true" hybrid classes.
A hybrid class must be able to fill any role in a raid. Shaman haven't been able to tank anything since UBRS. Even though they can take a hit or two cuz they can wear mail and carry a shield they still can't be called upon to, realistically, tank (regardless of spec).
Only druids and paladins can truly call themselves "hybrid" classes in today's WoW.

the people who really annoyed me way back when I used to play WoW were the so called 'tankadins' who thought they could tank without the ability to pull aggro properly, they always failed.
