      Mam...jab hum thyroid ki medicine lete hain to 3-4 month me wese bhi medicine ki doz kam ho jati hai.. aur thyroid ka level kam hone ka matalab ye ni hota hai ki thyroid ab khatam hone wala hai kuch time me body me se.. medicine khane se level show hota hai ki kam ho gya hai but thyroid ki wajah se body me jo problems internal ho rahi hoti hai wo hoti hi hain..aur thyroid kabhi bhi cure nahi ho pata 99% cases me..

    8am wake-up
    First water and ACV
    After 45 minutes Breakfast
    Breakfast: Brown rice ( as it has extra fibre and selenium) or quinoa or besan cheela or moong daal cheela plus bowl of curd with flaxseed powder and jeera
    Mid morning snack: any fruit especially apple with skin and green tea
    2pm lunch : beans or tinda or pumpkin or chia pudding or smoothie
    Evening tea : Green tea plus nuts / 2 walnuts and spoon of pumpkin seeds
    Max 7pm dinner: eggs or turmeric milk or khichri or geeya with no salt
    Drink : coriander seeds drink
    Sleep on time by 11pm
    Morning and evening pranayama

    Hi Dr Shikha, I am bit confused after watching thyroid diet plan as i have under active thyroid, Endometriosis, fyborid, lactose intolerance and celiac disease. So i have been following your PCOD diet plan since January 22 and only lost 8kg weight with an hour and half exercise daily but on very slow pace. After watching this video today it says thyroid patients should include milk in their diet but Endometriosis patients shouldn't. So patients like me need to know what exactly we can have with bunch of issues 🤔 please help. Many thanks 😊 🙏

    My wife is suffering from Thyroid for last 10 years.
    Her latest Test Reports :
    Serum creatinine : 1.3 mg/dL
    Serum Uric Acid : 7.6 mg/dL
    TSH : 7.136 micro-international units/mL
    She has high BP and under medication.
    Initially, power of [Thyronorm] medicine was 12.5 mcg. Before 3 years is was enhanced to 25.0 mcg.
    Now, it is enhanced to 37.5 mcg.
    Kidney disorder detected. Serum creatinine is 1.3 mg/dL. Please advice, what to do.

    Doctors are explaining it very well , only a professional gynec can explain a very good explaining or only thyroid expert can explain it.I am 36 years old in the doctor. I have been trying for a long time to reduce my weight, but it keep growing, In 1 month I removed 4 kg of weight with great difficulty and due to not exercising for a week, my weight increased by double.     Can I add beans and legumes in my diet if I have hypothyroid? Like Black eyed beans, garbanzo beans, black beans, Chana daal, toor daal etc? Will appreciate your response.

    Hi doctor is it safe to drink the termeric tea that you gave after taking hypo thyroid medication and if so how long after taking the meds I can have this tea. My goal is to lose weight I'm also taking medication for hypertension. Please let me know thanks.

    Maam being a thyroid patient,as you suggested to tk pumpkin seeds so can i take other seeds also as muskmelon, chia, flax and sunflower.
