I lived in the house on the right 2 years ago. it's on kamala road at phuket mansion. it's a sleepy subdivision. Bato and the mayor daughter are owner here so it's quite safe. It's near nuvali santa rosa.

Definitely a home worthy to be featured in Architecture Digest magazine or any homestyle magazine, superbly designed and superbly interior decorated as well as greatly located...the attention to detail is amazing.!
Because its modern design, it uses lots of squares and rectangles which is not for everyone. The sheer size tend to lose the intimacy of a home..my thoughts only.
Overall the asking price is worth it.!

the house is very nice nakakalungkot lang kasi ibebenta and to think yung dalawang bedrooms talagang ginawa para sa dalawang batang babae na sure ako gustong gusto nila 😢
Furniture are suited for the house and the space are used wisely. Not clustered. Neatly arranged.
Basically, you tell all your women guests not to wear a skirt/dress when you visit this home. The see through floors reminded me of one of the cafes in Tokyo Red Light district where the entire floor of the cafe was all transparent, and there was another cafe/bar below. Nice showing!

that car port ceiling will be a nightmare once the birds find out. We made a similar mistake with ours. Bird poop all over the cars. Never again.

The house looks gorgeous indeed....but many of these houses you toured certainly made me unimpressed with their laundry area. Most of them always had their laundry area built outside? Its pretty disappointing to say the least...😒😕

I am curious. Why is the Master's bedroom normally in the second floor? I've noticed in most houses I've seen in these page. I don't know but i had that notion that the Master's bedroom should be in the highest and farthest end.
