Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow - Definitive Edition is a hack that brings some QoL changes to Dawn of Sorrow to make it an overall slightly better experience. I love the Igavania games, and Dawn of Sorrow would be my third favourite behind Symphony of the Night, and Ritual of the Night.

This is my favourite extra mode of any of the Igavanias, as the map, bosses and Castlevania III callback in the character switching make it a super enjoyable experience.

Castlevania fan here, I’ve played Various Gameboy Advance castlevania games on emulator,
and SOTN on PSP. I recently downloaded Dawn of Sorrow on emulator and it feels like a
whole new experience!
Ya bro play all 3 of the DS games, they all feel similar to where you can easily pick them up, yet they all stand out individually.

You might be in luck, a collection with the GBA games were rated in Australia.
@@marcosgalvis3498 Even though Konami can easily release ALL the GBA and DS Castlevania games on the upcoming collection (just look at MegaMan ZX Legacy Collection, which consists of 4 GBA games, and 2 DS games), Konami will most likely release the 3 GBA Castlevania games as one package for $19.99, and then the 3 DS ones as another for $29.99.

i seriously don't know how i beat this when i was 16 i can do the regular game just fine but taking away the items really makes it harder
Julius feels a lot faster in this game, but I really miss the high Uppercut and Omnia Vanitas.
Also, I just realized that Julius Mode uses the Akatsuki no Minuet character portraits.
This is a romhack that fixes most bugs in the game. The name is "Definitive edition", it is worth mentioning that it fixes the art of the game with Ayami Kojima's designs.

No Wait! I completed this last year 100% on the DS but I never got these alternate characters?! How do you get them, especially Alucard?! Is this some kind of a Hack?!
You can unlock the Julius mode by achieving the bad ending (by not using Mina's talisman during the scene with the doppelganger) during normal playthrough

Ya thats the intended order, but whats nice about Julius mode is that you can explore the castle in whatever order you want after u get Alucard. You do need to fight all the bosses to unlock the Mine of Judgement though.
