What i do to gain the lead is by aggressive braking, it's really helps at turns i can delay braking a lot!

I tried playing PCars for a whole week.. with a controller cos I don't have steering wheel.. It is SO frustrating to play. But Assetto Corsa, I got the hang of it and have even turned off TC now with the controller. PCars feels very strange to drive in. But it has a better career mode, so I really want to play it.... Agh but I suck at it!
PCars was purely meant to be a simulator for people using a racing wheel, controllers are excruciatingly difficult. Save up for that wheel for a pure racing experience!
Godzilla Thanks for the response man! People say that about AC too.. but I guess in the end, a wheel is the way forward if I want go fully enjoy either of them. I already love AC, and I want to love PCars too. Get the best out of both games. Watching this channel I know its an awesome game.

Drive one. They're not slow at all and every bit as quick as the Mk2 Focus RS in the corners. Go to any track day in the UK, there is always a couple of them there.
Viperconcept would you make a steam group for pcars racing? I think playing with fans would be fun and entertaining for new possible series on your chanel.

Where do you get your setups for Project CARS from? Do you tweak around for yourself or do you get them from somewhere in the interwebs?
I know how setup works and its impact on the car's reactions. Some cars are easy to setup, other are harder, but if you know how setup and physics work, you can configure everything.
it is ashame you don't have the PC version I would love to race with you maybe when GT sport comes out I will buy a PS4

Hey viper, how des online work in this game? If you all have the same car, can you only beat people with better driving, or can you tune the car to your style to be faster at your racing aswell? Thanks and awesome vid! And do you have to play manual transmission?
All the cars are stock. You can just setup your car, but you can't upgrade it (you can't add more hp for example).
You can choose between automatic and manual transmission.

It depends: In some videos I race with ABS only, in other videos I race without assists.

Well when I drive, I only use ABS and thats it. But your profi handling makes it look like you dont struggle at all and have every assist on. I have so much to learn. I wish I was as good as you. Great vids tho! And thanks for the answer, wasnt expecting that :)

I don't understand why can online players brake so late. I use abs in practice mode and people can still brake later without abs online.

Çağdaş Parlak Console version of the game (which is ps4 for him) doesnt support mods, atleast yet

Je m'ennuis des circuits de Project Cars... On en veux plus sur Assetto!
C'était seulement 2 trés vieux replays. Je n'ai même pas touché Project CARS. :-P
Oui je sais, mais en voyant ça, ça me rappelle seulement qu'on a pas grand chose niveau circuit dans Assetto.
3 nouveaux circuits (Laguna Seca, A1 Ring et un circuit original en Ecosse) sont confirmé et ils vont être dispo bientôt sur AC! ^^
viperconcept Laguna Seca va faire du bien. C'est un de mes circuit preferer depuis gt2 (tk le gt ou y'avais la licence de la Viper sur ce circuit. mais les autres circuit je ne crois pas les connaitre. Y'a quand mm des circuits sur Assetto, sont juste pas super lol. A ce niveau Pcars en plus d'en avoir plus, y'en a beaucoup d'excellent.

Not entirely true. That's what the Mechanical Failures ON/OFF setting is for. If you have that set to ON and Damage to off/visual only you can still blow your engine. The same applies to your brakes. Close your brake ducts and even with damage off, you can still ruin your brakes, as long as mech failures are set to ON.
I race in an indycar league and during our mock races or races with an open lobby we usually turn damage off, but keep mech failures on, to prevent closed brake ducts and radiators.

Look at the fuel in the 2nd race, you finish with 23liter less ! All this weight during the race cost you the top speed i think..

viperconcept well, I play on Xbox One, with 3 extra 1tb hard drives plugged in, every game is going on at least 30fps without problems, except Project Cars.
