    This is,what they call 'art' it's not about the pool game itself but about the freaking camera angles and posistions,witch are really great in this movie,look at it that way and u could aprreciate this work

    Wow, I love the video from the thermal camera. You can see the exact points on the felt where the cue ball is spinning and generating friction. Amazing!

    you never see the cushions compress so much i like the way they used a table that had seen a few games so you saw all the dust coming off where ever the balls went

    i thought the best one was where the ball hit the wall. I was amzed how far the wall sunk in considering how hard the wall is! i also thought the temperature camera was cool on the one where you used a lot of spin to bring it back, you could really see where all the friction was occuring on the ball! I love this video!

    megapixel refers to the dimensions of the image, what you are wanting to refer to is the 'frames per second' (FPS) which in this case, the camera is running at 2000 FPS (read vid description). But indeed you are correct, this is a delicious piece of machinery. Kudos for the audio track on this one too.

    @dacypher22 You're right, the heat generated is very very small. If you look closely, the scale they use to measure the heat is very small (only a difference about 2 degrees Celsius between top and bottom). The most probably reason why there are heat trails is that the friction between the ball and the felt is generating heat and gives a short lived boost in the temperature.

    that's the most amazing video i have ever seen.. i mean waw.. what type of camera were you using? to capture this many amount of clear frames.. to about 150 frames per second? even more i think? about 200 frames per second to have this amazings slow mo..and great use or macro mode.. waw..
