We'll show you how to set up the Westcott FJ80se to do high-speed sync. Then we'll show you how to use that speed light in bright light situations, some more contextual situations and some really tight beautiful bokeh situations. High speed sync is easy. It's second curtain sync that defeats me! As an aside, Elsie's outfit is terrific. Love that ragged edge top and billowy pants. Nicely done.

So shutter speed in high speed sync will affect flash and ambient exposure - but shutter speed only affects ambient when not in high speed sync?
