friends here is a perfect recipe for making light, crispy and crunchy Wheat Cookies , Taste is awesome and texture is good too.
ingredients for 1 kg Cookies.
whole wheat flour 500 grams
powdered sugar 250 grams
Ghee or margarine 300 grams
water 100 grams
milk powder 30 grams
ammonia powder 15 grams
vanilla powder or essence 2 TSP.

Both are very different, margarine is processed for use in bakery industry and stays much stiff even in hot temperature unlike dalda or other types of ghee

Sir,plz help me this I hv muffins mix bunge company concentrate vanilla flavour so it's ready made mix so as per their quantity muffins mix 1000, flour 1800 eggs1800 g sugar 1700g water 500g oil 1600 so how to divide for 1/2 or250gm receipe

Mixing method
Add water and sugar in bowl,mix until it dissolves
Add eggs, enhance muffin mix flour and oil in sugar syrup
Mix at slow speed 2mint
So my question is first i m not able to understand,add water is ok but sugar we have to add or not and egg also we hv to add or not , or this mix is all included I m not at all understand plz plz help
